This out property is located in the shadow of Baylor University and one mile away from Magnolia Market. The property is old but is clean and well maintained. The motel has outside entry doors with a nice pool area in the center. Parking is free. The bed is soft, but you will enjoy a restful nights sleep. The shower water...

This was obviously an older La Quinta. Carpet was dirty and stained and there was mold somewhere is the room, specially near the desk. (allergy) Tolerated it for the one night but would not stay another. The pillows were excellent and would love to know what brand they are.

We spent one night in Waco so our son could visit Baylor University. It was a busy weekend for the city of Waco so we were lucky to get a room at the La Quinta. Our room was clean and the staff were super nice. We would definitely stay here again

The place looks like it used to be an old motel and converted to La Quinta. The rooms have cinderblock walls and window unit A/C like an OLD motel. There is a better one further south, just didn't know about it at the time I booked this one.

We almost always stay at LaQuintas when we travel with our two small dogs because they are a nice chain with a reasonable rate. This one is the worst we have stayed at. I didn't mind that it was old and in need of updates, but it had no fridge or microwave and the bathroom floor was very dirty....it's dark,...

Pictures are better than what is actually there. It wasn't horrible but there are other hotels in the area at the same price that are much better. I wouldn't stay here again. There was mold in the bathroom and your not able to move the shower head. But it was ok overall.

Worst hotel I have ever stepped foot in. Bed sheets had not been washed from the people before us. Black hairs all over bedding. Dog food on floor bedside beds. Bathroom light to shower did not work. Customer service at front desk was awful when we complained about bed sheets being dirty. Went to get water out of vending machine...

Price for quality of room and breakfast was to high, and not enough parking space for all rooms. Can get a much nicer room with higher quality breakfast at another LA Quinta. Will not return to this particular motel. Can get better quality room at better price at a motel 6.

The hotel is right beside I35 and is reasonably easy to access from the freeway. There are also a number of near-by fast foods restaurant. The downside of this location is that it is an old LaQuinta and is in an area that is somewhat run down (near by businesses, such as the Denny's next door, are closed down.) Bottom...

Nice clean hotel from the 60's or 70's era. Free wifi. Not much sound proofing, so heard a lot of noise from the parking lot, adjacent freeway and guests walking around. With that said, good price for the area and I might stay again.
