My friend and I stayed here for a snowboarding adventure. Front Desk Staff: 5/5 The front desk workers were very nice and cordial. Manager: 0/5 We asked the front desk upon check-in if we could split the cost of the room. They stated, "No problem." They explained that they would need to have my card on hold and then we'd...

I went skiing at this place A perfect place for your blue green skier. Loved the slopes. But I adored the stafff. They really went out of there way to help. A lot nicer then you can really describe. Genuine and sweet. A flavor that is intoxicating. Great job. If you get altitude sickness go see my friend in the...

Travelers Advisory: Do NOT frequent this property. Staying 2 nights, we left the hotel on the first day a little after 11am, replacing the 'do not disturb' sign with a 'please have the room made up.' We returned at 5pm to find the room un-made. When I contacted the front desk, I was told that if here is a 'do...

My wife and I stayed at the Grand Lodge a few years ago for our anniversary and were entirely impressed that such a nice hotel type setting existed in Brian Head. However, when we stayed there last year for our anniversary, we were extremely disappointed. Our anniversary is in August, so we were looking for some quiet/off-season get away. We...

We have always had a good experience here. Until now. Under new management. They closed the restaurant and only have continental breakfast. You can't ski on that! They are out of all but one of the appetizers. They are out of vodka and half their tap beers. The manager is a joke. He told us to go have breakfast at...

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Lodge. Our room was spacious & comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. We enjoyed delicious hamburgers and roast beef sandwiches in the charming sport's bar. We skipped the continental breakfasts but found another place closer to the ski lift that had the protein choices we were looking for.

Our room is great and so is the outdoor jacuzzi when it's not crowded, also great people at the front desk, but we were really disappointed that 1) their spa is closed, which was part of the reason we booked the place, and 2) the breakfast/ dinner was terrible... breakfast is basically continental but you have to pay for it,...

The front desk was ok, but other than that the lodge was a joke. There is only one place to eat and food is minimal/not great (they call themselves a steakhouse and have only 1 steak). The restaurant closed early 2 of the 3 nights we were there...telling us their staff was tired and expecting a busy day the next...

Wendy from the front desk was extremely helpful, but the rest a BIG disappointment. There is no place in the hotel to eat a decent meal. In the morning they serve their "own" version of Continental Breakfast, that is some disgusting scrambled eggs, disgusting looking blackened baked potatoes, and bacon. You have to pay for this joke of a meal...

This was our second stay at the Grand Lodge. Our room was nice, clean and well maintained and housekeeping did a very nice job every day. Alexis, Wendi, and a very helpful man at the front desk were so friendly and accommodating. On a weekday morning, 'Continental' breakfast was set out with cereals, a waffle maker, muffins and some fresh...
