This is such a beautiful facility! Rooms were spotless and in great condition. The beds were very comfortable. The location just cannot be beat for convenience to the Park. Staff were helpful and friendly. Our heater wasn't working and was fixed quickly. The included breakfast is great with plenty of choices and staff working hard to keep it stocked during...

Clean, LARGE rooms. Indoor pool was at an affiliate across the street, outdoor pool on campus. Sofa bed in our room was horrible, (no pad to the mattress, felt every spring, chose to sleep on the floor) staff couldn't/wouldn't alleviate the problem. Breakfast was above expectations: was refilled promptly, yummy hot foods, good variety. Short 3 minute drive into Bryce...

The beds were not bad, not so bad customer service. We came in from a long drive which turned into a bit of scare when it got dark...street lights in these parts are hard to come by for miles. When we got in, we were hungry and the rep and the desk was helpful in letting us know to rush...

3 room changes to get a room without the ice machine noise coming through the wall. Rooms were comfortable but not well insulated and we could here every movement of our neighbours. Take earplugs. There is no bar here or anywhere else at this time of year to have a relaxing drink after a long day so bring your own...

Stayed several nights and completely satisfied. Just outside Bryce entrance. Breakfast was as good or better than you'd get at a decent restaurant. Several activities were offered at hotel which was nice and convenient. Place is relatively new and it shows. Can't go wrong.

Stayed overnight. Hotel clean and comfortable. The laundry facility was great. Beds comfortable. Only downsides were you can hear people moving in the room above and breakfast was very busy and not the best quality. Hotel suited us for just one night.

In March there is little available in the Bryce Canyon area. Most of the small hotels in the small towns near and around Bryce Canyon are still closed for the winter. That said, The Best Western Plus is worth staying at anytime. The location is right outside the entrance to the park, the rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is...

You have few choices at Bryce Canyon City, and this hotel is clearly the best, since there is really no competition. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, but breakfast staff poorly trained (people standing around waiting for a table were not told that the hotel has a another conference room set aside for overflow breakfast crowd), and the fitness machines were...

Great experience, spacious room, very clean and newer rooms. breakfast buffet was awesome. Close to entrance to Bryce canyon. I would rate this hotel as one of the best in the Best Western hotels that I have stayed at in the past 10 years.
