Booked room for 3 nights in late October for a fishing trip. Conveniently located near boat ramps, rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet with a great view of the sunset. Rooms had refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker. The restaurant serves good food (7AM-9PM) and a sports bar is co-located. Great way to boat and/or fish Lake Powell.

I've stayed here multiple times over the years and the hotel is relatively basic, but if you are doing Lake Powell, it is the only place to stay. One other hotel 10-12 miles away, but why would you stay there when you can be on the lake for a few more bucks. Food is ....ok. Beats cooking out of a... More

I have been staying here for 30 years. They always do their best and provide clean rooms and friendly service. It is no four seasons but always feels so good after a day on the lake and the restaurant food is great.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the only reason for four stars instead of five is our sliding glass door was horrible to open and close. Reported it to front desk, handyman showed up 5-6 hours later, sprayed track w/WD-40, it worked for that day, the next day it was dragging again, but not as bad. Enough of the negative:... More

First of all WATCH OUT! The highway 276 is interrupted by Lake Powell. So be advised that you must arrive by the ferry operating hours or you will have to make a 150 miles detour on a popular road for wandering cows. And of course there is no service in that area. When you get there it is a very... More

We stayed at the Lodge the night before our houseboat trip. It is not a resort and we didn't expect that. The room was clean, they allowed our dog with us, it worked out great. food at the restaurant was overpriced for what it was and was middle of the road. Fit our needs just fine, would stay there again.

It was hard for me to give this a rating with what I had to choose from. The rooms are somewhere between average and good! We had 2 queen size beds. The room was clean, large, AIR CONDITIONED and very comfortable. We would have preferred a water-facing room, but, after spending entire days out on the water in 100+ degree... More

The lodge is run by the national park service. Rooms are average, but comfortable. We had two rooms on the lake side of the building with great views. Beds were comfy, and the summer staff was great. There is only one little convenience store nearby, so bring some extra groceries. The one restaurant next door will deliver pizza to your... More

We very much enjoyed our trip, our rooms were clean the staff we encountered always had a smile and were friendly. The rooms are as represented online, fridge, microwave and a great air conditioner. All rooms have a patio or balcony. If like a lake view get the west side, or the parking lot side has a little grass. Big... More

For someone who grew up camping for a week every summer in Bullfrog staying here was A-mazing! Made our trip so much better. Haven't been to Powell in about 15 years and I'm telling you it was a night a day difference than I'm used too. Brought our family of 6 and had a the best experience. Basically we were... More
