The property is nice, is quiet, you can tell they are still currently trying to update all the rooms and amenities. But everything else is great, they seem to be quick when getting you extra things for your room. Their washer and dryer, dont work extremely great, the dryer you have to run a couple times to get it to dry, and I'm afraid of waking up other guests cause its seems loud when I start it. Other than that, everything else seems very good and continually getting better

Rooms were clean and staff was courteous but we were very disappointed to learn the advertised breakfast would not be offered. The staff made it sound as if no breakfast had been the norm for a while but there were still multiple signs in the lobby advertising the included breakfast, as well as the website and our reservation confirmation. If you aren't going to serve it, don't advertise it! We choose hotels because breakfast is served, so this was very disappointing.

No elevator to take up big and heavy luggages. Took 2 flights of staircase. Room is clean. It had been renovated nicely. Had double beds instead of queen size beds. Floor seems solid. No squeaking or any loud footsteps when walking. No closet but has microwave/fridge for leftovers. Mediocre soap. Towels had seen its hey days but clean. Has a treadmill and a elliptical w/ weight balls for exercise. Variety fast food restaurants across the streets. Quiet in-spite of near the interstate freeway. I will not hesitate to come back if the price is right.

This place is disgusting. Our room looked like an adult movie was just filmed there and nobody cleaned up after it. There were dry bodily fluids on the chairs and desk. Also, there was blood on the tub. When I asked the kid at the front desk if the cleaning crew could clean it, he stated he was the only one there. I cleaned it myself, but we decided to leave before we contracted any diseases.

The employee that checked me in was pleasant, but that’s about as good as it got. The room was filthy. The baseboards were covered in dirt & who knows what else. The microwave had some type of splatter on the outside of it and so did the tv. The phone was covered in grime and even the walls had a noticeable dried “liquid” on it. The restroom wasn’t much better. The toilet paper holder was dirty, the floor was gross and the wall had a dried red spot on it. One of the towels was even stained with red/brown spots.
I realize it’s one of the least expensive motels in the area and you get what you pay for, but these are just basic cleaning items that every hotel/motel/inn should be taking care of.

If there were zero stars that’s what this hotel would get! Very old, in poor repair, and the night manager the worst ever. Someone else in a silver Nissan was parked in the spot reserved for the manager. The front desk clerk woke me in the middle of the night to have me move "my" car, only it wasn’t mine! Even if it was mine, who in the heck wakes a guest up in the middle of the night to move their car for an employees parking spot? Also, why would the managers parking spot be the closest one to the door? Another really poor Wyndham property! The first room they gave me had a broken chair so I moved rooms. The second room plumbing in the bathroom doesn’t work very well – sink will not drain due to all the hair and soap clogged up in the drain, and the toilet is very slow to fill. I wouldn't stay here again even if I was paid. This hotel epitomes what you'd expect from a hotel that an owner doesn't care about and right before it becomes abandoned or closed down. Honestly, the guest service at check in and check out seemed like I was bothering them and they didn't even want to be there, which is ok, because I didn't want to be there either at that point. Nothing in this place instilled safety, security, comfort, relaxation, restful, etc. The rooms stink, the beds are lumpy, pillows are lumpy, rooms, carpet, and bathroom look like somebody couldn't be bothered to clean them. The bullet proof glass in the lobby and drug addicts in the parking lot instilled this was a great atmosphere to relax.

The clerk at the front desk was nice. That’s about all. Our room was utterly disappointing and quite disgusting. The cleaning staff need serious re-training. Especially in how to clean toilets. We cleaned our own bathroom before using it. Only because we were exhausted and in town for a funeral. No time to seek out new accommodations. We did not expect deluxe accommodations from a value hotel but we do expect CLEAN. Especially when their website states how they are so careful with cleaning for COVID. What a joke! Bring your own cleaning supplies and be ready to clean the room yourself. We will NEVER stay here or at another Days Inn again if possible to avoid.

The room was dark,hair on the sheets under the blankets and hair in the bathroom sink. No hot water in the room. I would never go to this place again.the breakfast included coffee and feel and cold boiled eggs.we had been on the road and looking forward to a hot shower. Didnt happen.
