This room is too expensive for it's one star amenities. The room is very small and smelled kind of old and musty. They claim to be covid clean but it wasn't even normal clean. Left over trash on floor by bed, water bottle in freezer, old coffee grounds in coffee maker so I doubt it was wiped down with sanitizer. Speaking of the coffee maker, be sure to bring your own coffee cups. There are none in the room. My husband had to drink his coffee from the coffee pot. Bring your own water cups, they don't supply those either. There is a large closet but no hangers. There are no chairs but there is a wooden TV tray in the closet. That was handy to pile our jackets on.

Arrived at Pinewoods around 8:00 in the evening so by this time the office had closed. They left a key out for me but no map or directions to get to my room. We got lucky and found it pretty quickly. The room was clean but small and cramped. Woke up in the morning and no coffee cups and only decaf packets as an option. Luckily we had been camping and I had some instant coffee because nothing in Duck Creek opens until 8:00 and this was a Monday morning! Went to the office in the morning and told them about the coffee situation. The manager was apologetic and had them fix me a big cup which was nice.

We stayed in their Motel 10 room. While we were not expecting luxurious accommodations we did expect a comfortable bed. The bed was horrible. Absolutely no support and was lumpy. Neither my husband or I got more than a few hours of fitful sleep. We both ache all over. Never again will we stay at Pinewoods or recommend them. We ate in their restaurant for dinner. While the cheese burger and onions rings were good when we finally got them it took them an hour. We would have left if there had been anyplace else to go.

Great spot for camping. Reasonably level sites. I backed in my trailer with SxS behind 24 ft class C with room left over. We were on the main road (227) but noise was not a problem for us. Restaurant on site has good breakfast and friendly staff. Nice, Clean private Restrooms/Showers and great WiFi. Don at the front desk was very helpful and he even has a sense of humor. 😊

This is our second time visiting from Washington State and we will definitely be back. People are extremely courteous and helpful! The restaurant food is so very yummy! Try the bacon cheeseburger...juicy gut bomb. Hmmmm the best ever! Atmosphere can't be beat and the rooms are clean and comfortable! The only "negative" is the shower head is about 5' high. I'm 5'9" and my husband is 6'9" so washing hair was a little tricky. Haha. We didn't try the pool or spa because we spent an entire day hiking in Antelope Canyon, boat tour on Lake Powell, hiking Page and Paria. These are a definite must!! Thank you Pinewoods!!
