Great room for the price - very clean w/friendly staff. Good restaurant sits right behind the Inn, so you can walk right to it. As mentioned by previous reviewer the air conditioning is a bit nosy, but the window opens and had a screen... we stayed on the 2nd floor and it was quiet (except for the air conditioner). But,...

Rooms are clean and well equipped, with microwave and fridge. The personnel is kind and efficient. The air conditioning is a bit noisy and the aeration system in the bathroom could be improved (there was some cooking smell that seeped through).

I'd like to know who is giving this place all the positive reviews. The prices are way over priced, having payed over $100.00 for 4 people. They do not have queen sized beds, they have double beds. They do not serve continental breakfast merely just coffee and only if you request. When I was ready for bed I was welcomed...

Stayed here on a work trip and this hotel is very run down. The rooms are in dire need of having their carpet and pad replaced. In our two rooms the pad and carpet was not laying flat and had wrinkles in the floor that you could trip on. The bedspreads were old and nasty looking. The bathrooms were also...

I have statyed at the Prospector Inn a number of times and always feel welcomed. The rooms are large, very clean and comfortable. All for a price you seldom find today. The lady who runs the place is a delight and always seems to have time for a chat with her return customers. She is very much hands on and...

Driving into town late and with few options available, I stopped at the Prospector and was graciously greeted by a man that had very recently been employed there. He rearranged the room I was to have so I could have the refrigerator since I had a cooler and it had been soooo hot. The room was large, clean and a...

The staff was very friendly, and gave us a lot of information about the area. The room was very clean. An extra touch that I really appreciated was a cleaning rag (an old tattered washcloth) for my motorcycle.

We stayed at the Prospector for several days in May. The motel is a fairly modern cement block structure surrounded by parking lots. The rooms are large, and clean, but the furniture is in need of an update. The check in was efficient, the woman at the desk was very accommodating. The rooms seemed overpriced for the area and the...

I have stayed at the Prospector twice. The rooms (including the bathroom) are clean, spacious, and quiet. There are attractive photos of the local area on the walls, and the TV picture was crisp. The older woman who checked us in on my most recent visit was particularly friendly.

We stayed one night during our trip through beautiful Utah. Of the 6 or 7 motels we stayed in, it was the least clean and the least comfortable. The bed was ok but the sponge pillows - ugh! No breakfast included, although a restaurant was within walking distance. Motel staff attentive.
