Detailed Reviews
A very nice and clean place that still feels new. The building is 3.5 years old so no pealing caulk yet. The studio room was clean if not a bit spartan and an easy place to stay for the night. The single bedroom suite didn't cost much more but was much more roomy and we wished we'd made reservations sooner so as to have this room for our entire stay. The included breakfast was average but the scrambled eggs were barely edible. The staff was super nice and very helpful. The pool is small but didn't seem to take away from the fun and the hot tub was great. This hotel is mainly located on the second floor with a store front faced out the back side into the Farmington Station shopping area. When entering the front door you must take an elevator or stairs to the second floor where a reservation desk is located. You also must take a separate elevator down to the recreation area. I recommend not getting a room above the second floor unless you don't care about a view. Our fourth floor view was mainly looking at the rooftops of the stores and shops. There were also a few convention rooms but I don't know how large.

My husband and I stay at this hotel when we are visiting our son. It is so conveniently located with shopping, restaurants, and Starbucks within walking distance. The hotel itself is modern, clean, quiet, and complimentary buffet breakfast is served during pandemic - July 2021!

The room was clean and quiet. Please note this is my favorite brand, so I am going to point out some things that really shouldn't deter you from staying here.
Great location with plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. And it's very close to The Lagoon for you folks coming from Nevada, Idaho, Wyoming, and Montana.
Recommendations:
1. Ensure the water heater is up to par so that the shower warms up quickly. There is a bit of a lag.
2. See if the water pressure can be cranked up for toilets so they flush quicker.
3. Have breads and clean proteins available at breakfast. The only starches were fruit, sugary cereals, and oatmeal with added sugars. By clean protein, I mean some egg whites or skim or soy milks.
Otherwise, thanks for a great stay.

We love this location because of the beautiful shopping area it is surrounded by and yummy restaurants close by. However we may not stay there again as we discovered our bed linens on one bed had chunky vomit and what appeared to be blood and something else on the sheets and comforter. With how much they profess to be on top of the cleanliness and safety of their hotel, this was very disappointing to find in the middle of a pandemic.

We stayed during COVID so things were kind of weird. They were really understaffed so our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 6pm. We stayed 5 nights with 6 guests in one room and initially I didn’t know that they only did housekeeping every 3 days. They gave me clean towels when I asked but we started emptying our own garbage cans. Our room was never cleaned the whole time - however, I could tell they were doing their best and just didn’t have the staff.
Also, the bathroom is all enclosed, so someone showering ties up the sink- tough for large families to get ready. Fantastic, clean gym.

Thank you and we apologize in the delay. It does take much longer to clean a check out room properly, and the weekends are very busy with higher than normal departures. Thank you again and we apologize again for the delay.

We came to this Hyatt as a family for my husband's 40th birthday. We picked this Hyatt because of its location and because it seemed like it would be a little nicer of a hotel than the average because of the higher price.
The bathroom was very "surface clean". The shower walls were gross and the floor and corners in the bathroom were dirty with hair, dust, and just general yuck. The bedding for the pull out bed literally had dried spaghetti and sauce on it plus 2 huge holes about the size of a dollar bill. We called to get new bedding and let them know it had food on it, they said "ok, we'll bring you a new one" as if it was just a common occurrence and no apologies were needed. The bed skirt around the double size bed had a huge hole in it and was one of the first things we saw when walking into the room. Maybe I'm picky, but I feel like holes and food on bedding is just basic upkeep.
The pool was FREEZING. My kids normally swim at least twice at a hotel for 2-3 hours. They went once for 45 minutes. It was just too cold to be enjoyable.
The halls and lobby were clean. The location is close to restaurants and shopping.

This is the perfect place to stay if you are planning a Lagoon vacation, want to do some great shopping or just need a clean, comfortable hotel room in a very convenient spot. You can walk to everything you need very easily, including all the restaurants and shops surrounding the hotel...we loved it!

This was a great Hyatt stay if you’re hoping to be outside of the city but in a good central location. You’re close to I-15 and you’re in the mall with lots of shopping and places to eat.
Parking is somewhat limited as you have to share with the mall shoppers. Hotel check in was on the second floor and I was greeted and given my room keys promptly.
Rooms were on the newer side and had the bathroom in one room (shower sink toilet etc) compared to the older ones. Rooms were pretty standard for a Hyatt place which didn’t disappoint.
Breakfast was back so no more bag breakfasts! Bagels, scrambled eggs, bacon, pork sausage, juice, and coffee were all out and available for hotel guests. You had to also reserve a time to eat breakfast just to allow for enough people to sit and eat in the big seating area.
Overall I wouldn’t mind staying here again. This was probably one of my favorite Hyatt Places that I have stayed at.

This is a nice, new hotel conveniently located in an outdoor mall called Station Park, with lots of restaurants and shops. We booked a king suite on a high floor, which was a large and well-designed room with a surprisingly good view of the mountains behind Farmington.
The hotel has the unusual policy of checking every room once every 24 hours, even if you have requested no housekeeping for your stay. There's a laundry room on the fourth floor- one washer and one dryer, each $1.75 per load, and a restaurant on the second floor. Plenty of parking, and lots of seating at breakfast. Overall we had a good stay here.

We love staying at the Hyatt locations around the country. The Farmington Park Station is no exception. It is always clean, fresh and comfortable. We enjoy this location because it puts you right in the middle of some great shopping. Even during the Covid pandemic they were able to provid a hot breakfast. It is always a pleasure to stay with Hyatt.
