Detailed Reviews
poorly maintained park with pet leavings in numerous areas. What little grass there is hasn't been mowed or watered. There are some nice large cottonwoods that provide shade for a few of the sites. gravel is fairly level and a few of the sites have concrete pads. roads are easy to negotiate. There is a place to wash your RV right in front of the park. Sites ae big enough.

This campground had full hookups but their was no wifi worth using. and the grounds was dirt and no grass at our site.
I felt as though I was staying a one of the last chance sites at that campground because we had no sizable trees and we didn't even get a picnic table.
The rate was 55.00 and the state campground next door had nicely mowed grass and full hookups and wifi and lots of shade but was only 45.00

We needed a place midway between the Tetons and Royal Gorge for our 3 families with campers/RVs; so we chose this location and decided to stay over to tour Arches and Canyonlands for a day [which is definitely not enough time, but it was all we had]. The camper sites are indeed paved; however, it is difficult to tell that due to the covering of sand over everything. It is essentially in the desert, and the sand does blow; so I really cannot blame anyone, but the blowing sand ruled out family time outside in the evenings. But the proximity to Arches made it all worth it.

Cleanest bathrooms I’ve been in on week 2 of a 5 week trip. Big showers, especially in the back RV section, plenty of hot water too! Only an hour from Arches NP. Great for an overnight stop. There is also an rv wash station at the entrance of the park and a full gas station as well. Diesel too.

If you want to go to a dilapidated and unkempt park where you can get a cold shower, this is the one for you! Clearly there are long-term residents in the park that don’t keep their areas clean. We even witnessed a resident and a park visitor get into a screaming F bomb physical fight. Steer clear!

Laundry mat was clean although 10 of the 14 washing machines were out of order.
Thankfully it wasn’t busy.
Shady Acres consists of a convenient store, gas station, car wash and RV Park.
I did purchase fire wood for $7.00 per bundle.

Moab RV parks were all full, so we decided to try a spot not too far away. We really enjoyed the quiet of Green River since Moab traffic was bad and under construction. Close enough to be a base for visiting Arches and Canyonlands. The park looks a little bit tired, but the showers were clean and private, and it was quiet at night. We would recommend. Great value.

Very shabby. The cottonwood trees bragged about are few and far between and mostly dead. Grounds are torn up and lumpy dirt. Site was uneven picnic benches were torn up paint. Bathrooms are just ok. Website is very misleading. Desk person couldn’t wait to get out of there! Would not come here again

We needed a place to stay for the night and were happy. Our water hook up didn’t work but we didn’t inquire to get it fixed. The campground is very dark which was great for sleeping but not so much so for taking the garbage to the dumpster. The bathrooms appeared to be well maintained. Internet was not secured which was a problem for my daughter connecting to do her homework. Nice dog park area but the playground wasn’t much. For the price we paid and a very last minute option, we were happy but I don’t know that we would choose to come back even though we joined Good Sam here. Discount gas and drinks were nice at the nearby gas station. Discount car/ RV wash would’ve been a sweet bonus deal too.

Fairly empty when we stayed. Very quiet, next to a golf course. Looks a bit tired but heard it is under new ownership so maybe they will perk it up a it. Clean, grass could use refreshing, nice trees, had a big pull thru spot. About 45 min to Arches and easy access to the freeway. Streaming was great but maybe because the park was so empty.
