This is the third hotel I've stayed in, in the last 20 years. In the states that is. Everything was extremely clean and well kept up. Even provided coffee maker and microwave, mini fridge.

As you now know, Slick Rock Grill will be closed when you plan to visit. They were the one that definitely served beer. However, if the weather is good, you could pick up a six pack at Hollow Mountain next to Blondies and likely eat on the patio and drink the beer. Blondies has been a must stop every time I go through.
