The room was nice because it was detached from other rooms. I did see them go in to a room they were cleaning with a big disinfectant cleaner so that put me at ease. There were very low cases of Covid in any event. They had ample outdoor seating. Chairs in front of the cabin and picknic tables galore. I would definatly recommend and go back. One small minor ping. The door needs to be fixed. We had to lift it up in order to get it to lock. That though is not a reason to give a negative. (Just a way to notify staff to make that adjustment to cabit 19)

The property made for a great "homebase" on my Bryce Canyon trip! It's a 20-30min drive from the park and the grounds are well kept and quiet. The gal at the front desk was very kind! My room was clean and comfortable. They had decorated the property with pumpkins which was a sweet touch! :)

There are so much positive feelings we have about Mountain Ridge, which made us real Utahns - at least for a few days! This was such an authentic, local Utah/Garfield County experience, and we internalized every moment and channeled it to our strong desire to return for another stay. First, the cabin itself is so beautiful. The bathroom was luxurious, the bed was so cozy, and the TV was huge and faces you directly when you're lying down. The parking is so easy and offered to each cabin, making coming in and out of Hatch/Mountain Ridge simple. This is especially helpful as the hotel is equidistant to Bryce and Zion National Parks, making staying here an ideal vacation given how simple it is to drive to either place. Moreover, both drives through Hatch are beautiful, and Hatch has great offerings as well, particularly Sevier Cafe, where we walked to each morning of our stay. We stayed in a mountain-view cabin. The landscape was breathtaking and we even went on a walk recommended by the front desk through a pasture with horses and cows and over the Sevier River. I will remember those bird songs, those friendly, curious horses, and the river rush for a long time! Under non-pandemic conditions, the hotel offers s'mores; we stayed June 2020, and instead, took advantage of their kindness to continue at minimum with the bonfire, found a stick on our walk, and made makeshift s'mores ourselves under the Utah night sky. Amazing.

We stayed in one of the "studio suite - king" rooms at Mountain Ridge Cabins. At check in, we were told that housekeeping had left the windows open due to an odor in the room. The explanation was that the odor was from something the previous guests had been cooking in the room. The odor never got better during our 2 day stay and could be smelled in all 4 rooms of the unit. We purchased candles and Lysol/Glade but it did not help with the odor. I believe the source of the odor was from a dead animal that was either in the attic or under the unit. I've experienced a very similar smell when a rat died in an old office where i worked. Until Mountain Ridge has that building PROFESSIONALLY cleaned, I cannot recommend staying in the "studio suite - king" room.

My wife and I stayed two nights and enjoyed the room very much. We had a king room that had a small living area, TV, table for two, microwave, and refrigerator. We requested a coffee maker and was provided a k-cup type with k-cups (I think these are standard, but removed for Covid concerns). Clean and quiet. It is about a 30 minute drive to Bryce Canyon visitors center. We happened to be there when one of the restaurants in town was experiencing an equipment issue and could not open; the other restaurant was also closed, but that looks like a longer-term situation. We had to travel to restaurants, which was OK.

The room is planned very well as the air conditioning unit is at the opposite end of the room from the bed; room was comfortable, and we fortunately had no breeze blowing on us all night. Bathroom is fairly large.

We would stay here again if we were in the area.

We were very lucky to find this place. The rooms are immaculately clean, the beds and pillows are comfortable and the staff has taken care of every little detail to make your stay comfortable; from the quality and presentation of the toiletries to the number of towels they provide. We stayed in a suite and the kitchen and breakfast area were clean, spacious and stocked with the necessary dishes and small appliances to make you feel right at home.

My boys and I stayed two nights here while visiting Bryce Canyon and before heading to Zion. The room was super clean, the staff is friendly, and the location is peaceful. The amenities, including bathroom interior and tv, are more modern than I expected when I booked it. I liked the comfortable chairs on the front porch of the cabin- sitting out there at sunset was a joy. The location was a 30 minute easy drive to Bryce Canyon - you could stay closer to Bryce, but I found bliss in being away from the crowds in the evenings. It’s very well located for an early morning departure to the east entrance of Zion, should you be headed there next.

Friendly and very helpful staff, great accommodations. Loved the privacy and hominids of having our own little cabin. Beautiful and comfy chairs on front porch of cabin to relax. Every night inn keeper made a fire in fire pit outdoors. They had wonderful chairs all around the fire area to relax in and they provided makings for s’mores. We met a lot of wonderful people from all over our country and one person from Finland. Very fun evening times. The rooms also came with cards for $5 off coffee and or breakfast at the cute and friendly coffee shop two blocks from the hotel. Fantastic coffees, muffins, breakfast burritos, yogurt fruit and granola bowls, etc.

We stayed in the premium cabin and were very happy. The room was neat and clean. We really liked the walk-in shower. Due to COVID-19 they had contactless check-in and complimentary coffee coupons for the cute little coffee shop down the street. Only complaint, that was out of the property’s hands, was that there were few places for supper. The Outlaw Saloon does not allow children, so we ate at the cafe across the street.

Exceptionally clean, very nice and well located right off the highway as you head towards Bryce Canyon. Very clean and the folks are super nice. Rooms have a microwave and refrigerator, and you are given complimentary ice and coffee at a local Coffee shop that also has an excellent breakfast. Definitely recommend.

OutlawSaloon offers Ribs, veggie burgers and apps. Cafe Adobe, Galaxy Diner, and Hatch Station Dining car are all in Hatch. Others located near Bryce. Bryce is a rural area which adds to the beauty but had less options than a big city.

Hello, All of our cabins were constructed less than two seasons ago. The cabins all feature the same decor style, furnishing, and amenities. Most of our guests cannot tell the difference as they are all very new. Thanks for your interest!

We did not stay in the "cabin" but could see them. We stayed in more of a "suite" with 2 queen beds. Very roomy, clean and quiet.
