We are located on highway 89, 8 miles from the turnoff to Bryce Canyon, and 20 miles from the park entrance. We are also 50 miles from Zion's National park. Our hotel rooms are 350-600 square feet with 1 to 3 beds. We have microwave and fridge in each room. There is a picnic area and BBQ on site. We have a large parking lot, and there are 4 restaurants within 1/2 mile of the property.

The rooms are large size and clean. The location of this motel is prefect for a summer road trip. It was located half way between Zion National park and Bryce Z National park. The staff provided us with excellent customer service by telling us all about the area and fun things to see.
The kicker was the owners also own another motel/restaurant in town which gave us 10% off at the Hatch hotel for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The ribeye steak dinner was to die for and cooked to perfection. The front desk staff advised us the meat was local from Kanab Meats. My partner had the BBQ ribs that fell off the bone they were so tender. Overall a happy experience. We will come again to stay longer next time.

We visited with my girlfriend and visited Bryce and Zion. The hotel was right in between both. Great location and easy to find. The staff were friendly and helpful to suggest eating places and give helpful hints to see. Will come back be cause the place was so clean. Thanks again

It’s a older motel Since it was a holiday weekend and I booked last minute this is the motel that was available and not $$$$ .
Beds were ok horrible pillows the sink is not in the bathroom it’s outside basically in front of the beds kinda weird . The a/c was very old but worked ok .I noticed a lot of cracks on the bathroom walls very dark bathroom not enough light .The only new was the tv.

This motel is perfectly located among the beautiful parks of southern Utah. It was very clean, modestly priced, and just what we needed to rest our heads after a long day of touring. The shower was nice and we had a little "kitchen" space as well.

Stayed there so we could be close to Bryce Canyon, which is about 25 miles away from Inn. This is a very old motel that they remodeled has about 20 rooms. This is a no frills motel but has everything you need in the room. Our room was clean and quiet with nice view of the mountains. There was no ice machine so we didn’t like that but everything thing else was ok

When I checked in I asked for a late check out and they said no problem! They had a huge ice machine that was such a nice amenity for our picnic. Large parking lot to park a truck and trailer. The place is family run and I enjoyed their large rooms.

Killed four spiders in my room before bedtime. Bathroom has no fan or vent and had black mold. Sheets were stained.Waited an hour for the office to open the following morning. Staff was unfriendly. Lots of junk in the back and side of building. Very disappointed.

This is a blackmail review because the guest didn't receive a free cancellation from Travelocity. Our policy is if you have any problems in the room just call the number on your reservation 435-690-0325 and you will be moved to another room. We live on site and address guest complaints 24 hours a day. I spoke with you personally regarding you wanting to move on to attend a wedding. Unfortunately when you book with an outside booking company you have to go through them for changes and cancellations.

We stayed in a 3 queen corner room for 2 nights.
The main room was clean, BUT we found an underwear in the bathroom drawer and hair in the fridge. :(
The beds were comfortable.
Also, the wifi in this room was marginal at best. Fortunately we had a hotspot with us to get around the problem.

Sorry for the underwear and hair. That sounds awful. We are temporarily closed from October 15-April 15th. If you need a room over the winter look at The Galaxy of Hatch. 216 N Main. It is cold in Hatch over the winter so dress warm. There are no restaurants open over the winter so bring your own food or eat from our wonderful gas station.

Room was fine, stayed 4 nights, had booked 6, wouldn't refund two days that I had booked even though my business was complete. Hotel wasn't sold out. Watch out for rates, they are VERY inconsistent, you are ahead to book the days you need over the internet just before you go, the rates are better, then if staying more than one night continue to do this day to day. 1/2 the rate. Also, in the 4 nights I was there had maid service and fresh towels once. As I checked out I gave Raquel the owner the chance to make it right, refused. I told her I would review her place on the web, said she "didnt care, it doesn't affect their business" Too bad, if she would have had any customer service skills I would stay here an a regular basis..................

Bruce is a hunter, we are next to the most coveted hunting area in this part of the country and people pay thousands of dollars to hire a guide to get the biggest buck. I explained my policy many times to Bruce as he booked days for himself and for his friends in different types of rooms. My big rooms with 3 queen beds are $50 more than my rooms with 1 or 2 beds. He bullied my son, and I honored the first change that he made when his friends came to stay in the second room and took 3 days off, but I was very firm on that is not our policy and if you get your buck early we will not be doing this again. He agreed and then came into the office and bullied another employee who is very uncomfortable when anyone is upset and she wrote me a long note about it. The next day he came in and tried to push me around. I stated over and over the policy that I had discussed with him and he had signed 3 days earlier. He left saying what Horse Crap it was, and how he wasn't staying with us again. In telling the experience to the other motel owners in town they said they had to deal with them last year and said no way this year.

The room is not clean. Wifi does not work as it advertised.
When I asked help, the manager (owner) refused to help and said I can move to other hotel without refund. Especially, during the arguments, the owner threaten me many dirty words. It made me feel very uncomfortable.
I decide to never stay in this type of the Inn.

We never use dirty words on guests, we are firm when attacked about the wifi not working well in some of the rooms while you are in bed. It works very well outside of the rooms. We pay for the most expensive wifi that this remote area offers. We hope that guests can be understanding that the wilderness does not always have big city wifi.

Pets are not allowed. It is posted on our website, on all of the booking sites, and you sign agreeing to the policy when you check in.
When the website does not show availability, you call the front desk at 435-735-4000, or 702-371-0426. We do hold a few rooms a night off of the website for drop in, or call in traffic.
