I booked this motel because it was the last option I had in my price range. I had booked two nights and ended up being completely grossed out and left early. Don't book this motel! You will also end up with only one channel, Hallmark. It was so dirty in the room that one of my daughters almost wouldn't use the toilet and refused to use the shower. I didn't even bother asking for a refund for the night I didn't use.
Stay away! Hair found in towels, bedding, and refused to refund my money when I told them I was leaving!!! See pictures below, be sure to zoom in and take a good look. Very disappointed in the treatment we received. Stay away!
No hot water, very little water pressure impossible to shower, sink was clogged, no toliet paper in the room, no wash clothes or hand towels. Windows locks did not work and they were falling off. This place should be shut down.
No hot water for the two nights we stayed. Tried calling for help no answer. That night two workers came by after me leaving a voicemail (calling for the third time, nobody was at the desk) they verified the water wasn't hot but they didn't know how to fix it, we would have to wait for the manager the following day. Following day no manager no follow up I called again for a refund. Manager said there was nothing he could do, we could stay another night if we wanted(why would we?) After we left he called back and said the water was hot now and we could take a shower. Blow dryer didn't work, carpet on the side of the bed by the bathroom was wet the entire time, internet was not good, no cable just antenna TV.
Our stay at this property was comically and tragically unsatisfactory. On arrival, we were berated by the desk clerk, who complained we made him stay up too late to let us in after he confirmed guaranteed late arrival and hour before. Turned out that was the last time we saw him, as no staff actually worked on the premises. If you wanted to contact management, you had to call a hand-written number taped to the door of the office. In the first room we had, there was bush- league mediocrity: rotten food in fridge, lights that didn't work, crunchy weird carpet, etc. The following morning, the door lock broke and my colleague and I were locked out of the room for several hours. The remote staff member suggested we try to break into and climb in a bathroom window. That request proved impossible to comply with. Since there were no actual on-premises staff, the accountant eventually showed up with her baby in arms and eventually figured out the battery in the lock had failed. I had long since left the premises myself without my colleague, who had to Uber to the event we were working at to the tune of $50. The evening of the second day, they moved our room because they were unsure the door and lock would still work. In that room, there was pet food on floor, black mold in the shower, broken light fixtures, etc. No satisfaction from the management, who were rarely on the premises. Staff at nearby establishment told us, "the only way that place stays in business is from the drug dealers that actually live there.” We left a day early, but were charged full price in advance. This hotel put us in harm’s way with resident drug dealers living there. Tried to complain with hotels. com. Hotels.com offered us a whopping $150 voucher for this experience but no more. They were not helpful. First they denied that we could email to complain but in the end the supervisor Mark Ramirez from the call center surrendered only firstname.lastname@example.org (this turns out to be a bad email address). So as of this writing, that’s where it’s at. We feel this is inadequate compensation for our inconvenience and requested a larger refund. Hotels.com shouldn't have this venue on their site.…
