Just returned from spending a fantastic week with Maxine at Zermatt. From our arrival to departure, Maxine filled out week with the best this area has to offer. We hiked, spent time exploring Park City, enjoyed the spectacular views at Sundance, enjoyed music in the park with the locals at Heber and at Zermatt. We enjoyed a pleasant level one river raft ride on the Provo River and closed out our wonderful week with a zip line adventure.
Beautiful location for a national sales meeting - being surrounded by the mountains and located near a variety of offsite outdoor activities was the perfect balance to the long day of meetings. The staff and service were very attentive and accommodating to requests. With such a big group, I was really impressed by the level of service and detail. The food was excellent!
Check into a room that wasn’t cleaned - they moved us to another room but this room didn’t have lights in the bathrooms, not burned out lights, no light bulbs. Crazy! TVs didn’t work. Rooms were worn out and dirty. Pool needs an update- hot tubs were not working- buildings just seem run down. However the grounds were beautiful. For the money stay somewhere else. It’s just a poorly run property. People at the pool area said they had the same issues we did. This property management group needs to step up their game.
We had a business meeting and we scheduled for this place in the middle of Utah. It was beautiful, the grounds were well kept and lots of activities for everyone to enjoy. I’m glad I got to experience this because I never would have found this place or thought of it for a vacation destination.
The resort is fun and the setting is great. The steakhouse was excellent, but the service at the resort was nothing special and even lacking. Room service was non existent for us. Getting a hold of the resort before arriving and trying to plan activities through the resort or website was difficult and frustrating. Being routed to Wyndham was also unexpected and not helpful. We expected a bit more "customer service" when we were looking for it, but it was really not there for us.
