Anniversary getaway, stayed in a standard room but for 2 nights (Robert Frost). Fantastic ambience and food. The staff are friendly and professional. The location of the property is in a VERY low traffic area - no real outside noise. Highly recommended.

Our room was beautiful and the staff very nice. The room is showing a little wear and tear (the bathroom washbasin needs to be replaced) but we couldn't have been happier with the customer service and ambiance. I'd highly recommend this place as a great weekend get away for anyone.

The Blue Boar Inn is amazing. We stopped in for lunch last week on the recommendation of a friend. I tried the Chicken Scaloppini (Sautéed Spatzel, Asparagus, Lemon Caper Sauce) and it was excellent. The staff was friendly and the place is beautiful. The view of the fall leaves at the golf course next door was very nice from our...

Dinner is outstanding. Everything is homemade. The red lentils salad is very refreshing. The ice berg is delicious. Can't wait for the main course. Service is very good. And of course the ambience is perfect for a romantic dinner.

We visited here for our anniversary weekend. Honestly one of the best stays we have had anywhere and we travel a lot. All of the staff were super friendly and a joy to deal with. The room was small but wonderful. The cheese and fruit tray every night was a nice little perk and the turn down service just made...

This bed and breakfast was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. We stayed in the Jane Austen room and loved it. The whole place is so beautiful, unique and romantic. The customer service was outstanding. I love the little touches like a rose on our bed, romantic music playing on the tv and a plate of grapes, cheese and...

I usually do not comment on the internet, but i felt I had to this time. We are a part of 3 couples that go out on all of our anniversaries and spurge. We have done this for decades. The food was very average in quality. Not up to the claims made by many. The service was totally horrible!! Our...

Friends who havens summer home in Deer valley took us to midway, Utah for a valley tour and an incredible lunch experience at the Blue Boar Inn. This little gem is a small hotel with inside and porch eating spots (and inside IS air conditioned!). We ate on the porch with a shaking Aspen tree right beyond us and beautiful...

This was an amazing place to have our 20th anniversary dinner. The schnitzel was amazing! I should have shared my meal with my husband instead of ordering 2 dishes. My meal serving was huge! The French Onion soup was delicious with a sweetness I've never experienced. The Fondue is definitely designed for more than 2 to share. We had an...

This was the second time we ate at Blue Boar. All 4 of us enjoyed our food and the servers were knowledgable. Also has 12 B&B rooms. Only about 20 minutes from Park City. Nice change of pace from the hustle and bustle and parking hassles of Main Street. Nice wine list - but reasonable $15 corkage fee.

Thank Bruce W

“I'd say that you'd be unlikely to make a bad selection. The rooms are great.”

“The Jane Austen room is in a corner on the 2nd floor so it is quiet and secluded. There are nice views out of both windows.”

“All the rooms are themed for authors, but every room is lovely and very comfortable. The Jane Austen room has a charming book nook, where you can sit in a little turret and relax.”
