Our family of four stayed for one night while driving through town. Very clean, quiet and spacious room. The kids loved the bunk beds. Breakfast was delicious, eggs bacon and your choice of pancakes, waffles or french toast! I would definitely stay again if in the area.

This was the best place I stayed at on my road trip. It was a very reasonable price and included breakfast. The room was spacious, well appointed and I had a television and wi-fi, The bed was very firm and comfortable. It was very quiet, Unlike some B & Bs my room had its own bathroom,, Because the room was on...

If you go anywhere even close to Monticello, STAY HERE! Wow, I can't even tell you how nice it was. We stayed here on a roadtrip with 6 people and we loved our stay. There is a common area with a television that was nice for when some people wanted to go to bed earlier but others wanted to stay...

Very much enjoyed our stay, big rooms, quiet location away from main roads, great hosts, great breakfast. Minor con is a lot of stairs if stairs are a challenge. Also note off street parking to the North may not be obvious on your first arrival.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Corbin king suite. We had two adults and a child and the room was perfect for us. We loved that we could use the kitchen and dining area when we arrived in the evening. I was impressed at all the little touches like the library, the tv room, and the comfy couch on...

We enjoyed the personality and charm of the Grist Mill Inn. Loved the antiques and equipment from the old flour mill added to the decor. Very reasonably priced. Breakfast was good. Host was friendly and informative. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at the Grist Mill for two nights, the building is (as the name suggests) an old mill, and many parts of the original building mill were incorporated into the renovations when they converted the building into a B&B. The rooms are huge, and very comfortable. I would have given this 5 stars, except the breakfast was very average,...

We were 8 Europeans touring SE Utah. From the initial greeting to the final farewell, our stay at the Grist Mill Inn was wonderful. We rented the entire house. The rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable and interesting. The location is very quiet. The common areas have very interesting objects from the time the building was a real mill. Cristal and...

This is a great little B&B with beautiful, spacious rooms, all individually decorated. The staff are very friendly and helpful and were great with our late check in. A lovely peaceful night and we would definitely stay here again. My only adverse comment is that they could do with tea/coffee facilities in the room. There is a breakfast room downstairs...

We stayed for two nights and enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was yummy each day and the hosts were friendly. Very quiet also. They gave us an option of a 7:30 or 8:30 breakfast which was very handy since we wanted to get out early to go to the Needles section of Canyonlands National Park, which is within 90 minutes...
