This is the 4th motel we have stayed at in Monticello/Blanding area. The front desk clerk was very accommodating- I had two requests for our room and she made sure that both were honored. Comfortable beds- It is a not fancy, but very clean. Breakfast has hard boiled eggs for protein and then the usual for a continental breakfast (waffles,...

Stopped by chance to see if they had a room. The guy at desk was very professional checking in was fast. The couple before him was at first not so nice but the office guy found the reservation the man had made, he put his first name as his last name. Being in hospitality I understand both customers frustration and...

Great stay in Room #135,very comfortable bed, very clean room, pleasant accommodating staff. Great breakfast for guests. There is also a good restaurant right next door. Would definitely stay here again.

It's a motel, a place to lay your weary head on the way to someplace else. I read several reviews about the unfriendliness of the desk staff so I was a little apprehensive, but that wasn't our experience at all. We arrived at 9:30 p.m. The (manager? owner?) was welcoming. The room was clean. It was exactly what I would...

Pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness. Spotless! Provides all the needed amenities, EXCEPT customer service. Very unfriendly staff. When asked to see the room prior to checking in, she wouldn't make eye contact- just stared off into space as we walked past her to go into room. Check out was not any better. No one at the desk when we tried...

While driving through Monticello in March 2016, my husband and I needed a place to rest! It was 2AM and 26 degrees! We pulled up to Wayside Motor Inn and the man at the front desk was not very thrilled! He was not rude, but he was also not very welcoming! We got our room, but the card to open...

We have spent just one night here, but it was a perfect choose. We booked a two queen bedroom which was very nice and big. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner so everything that you need. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was average like everywhere in USA.

Standard roadside motel. Rooms large. Breakfast ok. Only real comment is unfriendly guy at reception. Greeted him with a smile and "Hi there, should be a reservation for...". He didn't say a word, looked a bit pi**** that I disturbed whatever he was doing out back. Gave me form, "Sign here". Gave him my credit card and once swiped he...

Greeted by a receptionist who just couldn't be bothered. It was 7pm, we were tired after long day travelling and we got told if booking by hotels.com come back in an hour or two even though I could show booking confirmation and reference number. Motel average

This hotel is convenient to a number of national parks. It is a 50's style motel with old bedspreads on the beds. The family room is reasonably priced and sleeps 6 comfortably. The evening desk clerk has as much personality as a stone and answers in monosyllables that provide almost no information. Forget the free wifi except in the office....
