This hotel was excellent very clean and friendly and helpful staff, I would highly recommend to anyone coming to Salt Lake City. The breakfast was delightful and heated pool and hot tub were a big plus after challenging day on the slopes skiing.

The employess at this family-owned motel make a real effort to provide more than just the basic level of service. Their breakfast is much better than the fresh-from-Chevron breakfasts that most hotels in this price range provide. Each of their employees tries to express appreciation for their customers. Will stay there again.

Staff was very friendly, Room was the best. The front desk Associates were the best. Very good breakfast. The hotel was clean inside and out. The staff was a 10 out of 10 for making me feel right at home. Thanks everyone.

We’ve stayed with Crystal Inn three times now and find it to be the best experience and closest to St. Mark’s Hospital. The bonus of a medical rate is most welcome! Our last visit was a bit unusual in that my husband wasn’t discharged from surgery until very early the next morning. The front desk folks extended our stay until a late check out so we could sleep a few hours and take a shower before driving 7 hours back home to Montana. Upon returning home we discovered we had lost our Visa credit card. We called Crystal Inn and Bill at the front desk personally searched our room and called us right back! We didn’t find the card but sure appreciated Bill’s help! We miss the evening light supper/snack they used to provide! Please bring this back for us weary tired travelers!!

Room Tip: The most quiet rooms are facing the parking lot as they’re away from the loop freeway 215.

Fantastic rooms, service, breakfast, the whole nine!! It was so clean & well run, and the staff was SO incredibly helpful & kind. I greatly regret that I don’t remember the name of the amazingly brilliant employee that checked me in, and that I also forgot to leave a tip for housekeeping! 🤦🏻‍♀️ In spite of the facility seeming to be full, it was wonderfully quiet, and the beds & linens were very good quality. Most DEFINITELY a good price point with MUCH poorer quality places costing so much more these days. Can’t recommend enough, and I’ll be back for sure!!

Friendly attentive staff, clean facilities, great location, great value! The hot breakfast is consistently good and provides a hearty meal to start the day. Perfect location to access all the great ski resorts that reside within a one hour drive.

Easy check in. Large room with separate sitting area. Room has fridge and microwave. Easy to park. Need to drive to restaurants. There is nothing in walking distance. Drove to ski resorts each day. It was an easy drive, even for Australians on the other side of the road 🙂. Pool and hot tub nice at the end of the day. Breakfast was basic, but still good - cereal, fruit, eggs, toast, coffee. Will stay again on next ski trip

Maintenance was sketchy: both sinks were plugged with hair and barely useable. The toilet ran every minute all day and night because the flapper needed to be fixed or replaced, which was very annoying. Told front desk and the sinks were fixed the next day, but toilet was never dealt with. Noisy outside at 6:00 am from garbage collection. Ok overall for the price, but substandard maintenance.

Okay room, elevator needs to be cleaned. Outside needs to be cleaned up. Breakfast was verrrrry mediocre. Nothing much to comment on just a barely okay busy place. Good location for skiers. Which we're not. Murray is very busy with lots of newer hotels that we're full.
