This was a pleasant stop on a epic roadtrip. Absolutely lovely space ..the staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. Very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The lobby has a spot to purchase snacks or souvenirs. A spacious place for breakfast, as well! Would highly recommend!

Very friendly desk staff at both check in and check out. We had a 2 queen bed suite with a pull out sofa. The first thing we noticed was how clean it was- everything, bedding, surfaces, bathroom, towels, etc. It was spacious and comfortable. All this beyond made up for the noise from the freeway. This hotel is about 15min from Weber State where my daughter will be attending in the fall. This will be our first choice for booking future trips to visit her!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. It is right by the freeway, so I was worried about freeway noise, there was NONE! The free breakfast was a full hot breakfast served with a different protein everyday. The staff, friendly and accommodating. What amazed me the most was that housekeeping came in daily and refreshed my room, something I have not experienced since Pre-Covid. I stay in many hotels throughout the year and this is one great hotel, I highly recommend it

The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The rooms were okay, clean and comfortable. But the weird thing that seems to be a trend is that there were absolutely no towel racks in the bathroom! Just cubby-holes under the sink. The light next to Dad's bed was out, and when maintenance came to replace the bulb, the whole thing shorted out, which isn't good. The only wall switch was by the door, everything else was lamps that had to be turned on and off individually. Breakfast was free with a ticket in the restaurant next door, but when we got there, there was no one to take our ticket, not an attendant in sight. Anyone could have walked in off the street and had a free breakfast. It was the usual hot breakfast of bacon and eggs, and was good enough. I had no luggage rack in my room, and when I went to the front desk to ask for one, I had to wait for housekeeping to bring it to me, instead of them bringing it up to my room. I realize these are all "first world problems", I'm just letting you know what our stay was like.

Pros: Young man at reception desk was knowledgeable and efficient. The hotel and rooms are modern and well appointed.

Cons: Curtain panel detached from track (obviously not reported to Maint.) and boxspring that squeaks loudly at slightest move. But MOST disturbing was discovering a used feminine hygiene product sitting atop the "clean" garbage can liner upon our arrival! This made us question what else had been missed when cleaning. Management needs to implement random spot-checks of rooms after cleaning.
Would not recommend based on this experience.

we were travelling cross country moving our adult child for a job transfer. The moving truck took longer than expected and we didn't arrive until midnight. Our room was great, clean and ready. 3 adults and a 55 lb dog. We quickly fell asleep. 2 of 3 could not get up in time for breakfast. Buffet breakfast no longer an option with pandemic. But Ogden Comfort provided option to order breakfast on slips of paper, wait for kitchen to prepare and return in to go container. Happy to have breakfast, needed one more hour for the other 2 who couldn't get up by 9 due to late arrival. Thanks for keeping everything clean and ready!

I have stayed 2 nights in the Comfort Suites Hotel in ogden, during a business trip.n The room is very big and clean. But, at the moment, there is no houskeeping, and i dont understand what is the reason? Later, i found a sticker in the bathroom, said that houskeeping is upon requets only. Tne breakefast is below avearge, and it is serbed in the attachjed trsaurant. If you are looking for a resonable orice hotel room in Ogden, the Comfort Suites will be a good choice.

Some what hard to follow all signs to location. Felt beds were a bit too soft for our liking. Tv flickered continually. Evening meal in adjoining restaurant was good at a fair price. Comp breakfast was lacking as eggs and potatoes were cold not much of selection but service lady was very good. Overall fair price and good family stay.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
However the restaurant inside had issues with the vent or something (i was told)so the whole place smelled like kitchen mornings and starting in the afternoon ,room included
It was very bad.had to ask for air freshener, even the towel under the door didn't help.
My tub faucet was falling apart, the ac had issue(even if it was quickly fixed)
Overall I expected a better stay.
