Loved the location, price and room. Very comfortable king bed with couch and table. Very clean, very nice walk in shower and comfortable bed. Breakfast was in the attaché restaurant, lots of food, but most was cold.
Very friendly desk staff at both check in and check out. We had a 2 queen bed suite with a pull out sofa. The first thing we noticed was how clean it was- everything, bedding, surfaces, bathroom, towels, etc. It was spacious and comfortable. All this beyond made up for the noise from the freeway. This hotel is about 15min from Weber State where my daughter will be attending in the fall. This will be our first choice for booking future trips to visit her!
Front desk rude! Do not stay here! Drove 8 hours booked directly with hotel and received a call while en route saying the room was no longer available! Don’t know why my manager told me to call you was his explanation! It was an hour past check in!
I have stayed 2 nights in the Comfort Suites Hotel in ogden, during a business trip.n The room is very big and clean. But, at the moment, there is no houskeeping, and i dont understand what is the reason? Later, i found a sticker in the bathroom, said that houskeeping is upon requets only. Tne breakefast is below avearge, and it is serbed in the attachjed trsaurant. If you are looking for a resonable orice hotel room in Ogden, the Comfort Suites will be a good choice.
Clean and comfortable rooms. Mr. Henry at front desk will take very good care of you and is very accommodating. I’ll stay here in the future while working in the Ogden area. I like that there’s a fridge and microwave in the room.
The hotel was a joke. Dirty stained beds. Ac couldn't be adjusted. Weird ppl walking the lobby . Front desk clerk told someone they were sold out and then booked the next person who came in. I couldn't believe what I saw
Some what hard to follow all signs to location. Felt beds were a bit too soft for our liking. Tv flickered continually. Evening meal in adjoining restaurant was good at a fair price. Comp breakfast was lacking as eggs and potatoes were cold not much of selection but service lady was very good. Overall fair price and good family stay.
We stayed here with 25 other families for a sporting event. Overall, we appreciated the cleanliness, attached restaurant and dog friendliness. Sadly, on our last morning, we came back from breakfast an hour and a half before check out time, our keys had been disabled, and our belongings had been removed and a special item of my son’s had been removed and “lost” in hotel laundry somewhere. Be aware if you leave for breakfast, they may assume you’ve left and you are not offered any apology or way to make things right.
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. However the restaurant inside had issues with the vent or something (i was told)so the whole place smelled like kitchen mornings and starting in the afternoon ,room included It was very bad.had to ask for air freshener, even the towel under the door didn't help. My tub faucet was falling apart, the ac had issue(even if it was quickly fixed) Overall I expected a better stay.
we were travelling cross country moving our adult child for a job transfer. The moving truck took longer than expected and we didn't arrive until midnight. Our room was great, clean and ready. 3 adults and a 55 lb dog. We quickly fell asleep. 2 of 3 could not get up in time for breakfast. Buffet breakfast no longer an option with pandemic. But Ogden Comfort provided option to order breakfast on slips of paper, wait for kitchen to prepare and return in to go container. Happy to have breakfast, needed one more hour for the other 2 who couldn't get up by 9 due to late arrival. Thanks for keeping everything clean and ready!
