Wonderful stay--but not great. Clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. Don't expect top amenities--the rooms are spacious, the furniture worn and TVs old. But all were serviceable. I had a suite that included a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and sink.

We stayed here two nights while in Ogden. Really enjoyed our visit. The hotel is full of the charm of a bygone era. The lobby is gorgeous and the ballroom is breathtaking. Rooms are updated, but not quite as fancy as downstairs. However, they are very spacious and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and overall, this place was... More

My husband and I and our son stayed here whilst visiting our daughter in Ogden. We had suite 1001 which was very nice with lots of windows. The Ben Lomond is a historic hotel and we were a bit worried that we might not make it up to the 10th floor in the lifts as they were a bit creaky... More

The Ben Lomond is located right downtown Ogden and is walking distance to city mall and all the restaurants on 25th Street. I stayed in a one bedroom sweet which was dated but clean and had the typical refrigerator and microwave with a bar sink too. The staff at the front seat was quite pleasant.

My friend and I were supposed to stay here while traveling through. The room was ok, but we had a view of the neighbouring motel, where drug abuse was obvious. As the people from the neighbourhood wandered into the hotel lobby and seemed to easily access the hotel through the fire stairs, we decided against it and left. Awkward experience.

We left another hotel due to bad experience. This was excellent in contrast. Jerri, the receptionist, went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. She gave us a choice of 2 rooms available. We picked the 8th floor room. The view of the mountains is fantastic. The bed was comfortable, and the ac worked. My husband really liked the... More

We found this hotel to be one of the best we visited during our whistle stop tour of Utah. It is a very clean and well presented hotel with rooms equal to those you would expect at a 4/5 star establishment. Having experienced breakfasts on paper plates and plastic cutlery at other hotels it was a pleasant surprise to find... More

We recently stayed there for a week during a family emergency and the staff there went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. Especially welcoming were Jerri, Benji and Anirel. The breakfasts were good there and rooms were very nice. We have stayed there many times before and they go out of their way to help make... More

While looking for a place to stay in Ogden, Utah, I came across Ben Lomond Suites. This is a historic hotel located in downtown Ogden, Utah. My husband and I stayed in a two-bed guestroom (meaning it did not have a separate sitting room) with a bed located in each room. Each room has its own TV. The bathroom was... More
