The title of this review was a conversation between my sister and myself. She asked the question; "Is this Heaven?" I responded; "No, but it is a stop along the way". Along with my brother-in-law, the three of us came back to Cottonwood Meadow Lodge on September 18, 2012, and stayed for 10 days. This was our fourth year in...

What a find! This should be #1 in Southern Utah. The hospitality shown by the owners was icing on an already wonderful cake. The accommodations were beautifully appointed, comfortable and looked new. The location, about 20 minutes from Bryce NP entrance and 60 minutes from Zion, is ideal for seeing sites; but the lodge is such a treat, it became...

When travelling to national parks with the family we try and find places to stay that allow for calming down time, and Cottonwood Meadow Lodge fit the bill. We stayed in the Barn which was perfect for a family of four. Jerry and Jan were outgoing and wonderful to talk with while sitting by the fire at night, yet they...

We stayed 2 nights in the log cabin and wished that we could have stayed much much longer!! Cottonwood Meadow Lodge was the best location throughout our 3 weeks honeymoon. Jan and Jerry were the best hosts we could wish for: a warm welcome, spontaneous, a great sense of humor, ... We loved to relax on our terrace, looking at...

We loved staying here and our two kids (ages 10 and 13) enjoyed the horses, the dog and generally running around in such open space. With older kids the barn is better as you dont need the sofa bed. We also had to spend one night in the bunkhouse which was great but better for two. Almost forgot to mention...

We stayed for three nights at Cottonwood Meadow Lodge recently, and thoroughly enjoyed it. The owners were personable and friendly, always taking care of our needs and requests. It was so much fun visiting with the many animals on the property, including a sweet dog named Jesse, four friendly cats, and three beautiful horses. We also enjoyed feeding our scraps...

We were looking for a quiet place to relax, but with nearby attractions, too. Cottonwood Meadow Lodge was perfect. So peaceful with just the sounds of roosters and chickens, horses, dogs, cats and water rushing over the rocks in the river. Every night we went down to the bridge to watch the swallows flitting over the water eating bugs. Bryce...

We are a family of 6 with kids from ages 4-14. We chose the Barn as our lodging at Cottonwood. While it's not huge, it was comfortable for us and we'd certainly choose to stay again. Jan & Jerry were great hosts and were genuinely hospitable. Our kids could have spent endless hours playing with their dog (Jesse), swimming in...

Our 2 nights in the log cabin were among the most delightful things about the trip to Bryce & Zion. Has artistic decor w/ rustic feel and very nice appointments. Enjoyed lying on the back porch to watch the stars, sitting on the front porch in the afternoons, watching dawn from the BR window. Loved visiting the hens and having...

I stayed again at Cottonwood Meadow Lodge, for 8 days, near the end of October 2011. I had just missed most of the Aspen trees during their change; but I got to enjoy the hospitality of Jerry and Jan Drummond - which is better. They are always improving the lodge. I stayed in the Bunk House and found that they...
