Although this might be the lowest priced hotel in town, there were significant drawbacks. The front door took a lot of effort to lock at night; Both my sons claimed they had bites in the night from some sort of bugs; and the contactless check in and out meant you had little options for service or questions. For example, since I didn't arrive until about 8 p.m., my key was taped to the office door. The motel did appear clean, but is definitely old and in need or a major renovation.

We were stuck without a room when our first hotel turned out to be very COVID unfriendly. It was late at night and we just chanced this motel and got lucky! The owner was there at midnight to welcome us, get us into a clean room, and even helped us trickle-charge our electric car overnight so we had enough juice to get into Bryce National Park. Although there are no microwaves or fridges in the room, she graciously let us use the breakfast room's facilities (closed due to covid). She couldn't have been friendlier. The room itself does need a little updating, but it's got an LCD tv (unlike the last tube TV we hit in a Howard Johnson!), lots of plugs on the bedside lamp for charging. I highly recommend this as a basic, quiet, cheap, clean motel on the main strip of Panguitch.

Small quaint little hotel in a cute town. Decor of room matches that of the community. Owner who also works at the property could not have been more personable. A true value. Can park right outside your door for easy access on your trip

DO NOT DO IT! There are far far better cheap motels in the area that deserve your money. I’m not sure how these people stay in business because NOBODY WORKS HERE! I hung out in the lobby for 30 minutes, knocking, yelling, waving at the cameras before I left. WTF manages their business like this? Stay away from the train wreck.

Don’t book this motel. Came after a long drive and found out that they book my room. Horrible service! They just told me they don’t have rooms and throw me out! Do your self some favor and book some reliable place. By the way, I book it about a month ago!
