We spent 2 nights there while visiting Bryce canyon. Yes, it is a older hotel but it was clean and great value for the price.
The only thing that should be changed asap would be the carpet, the rest was perfectly fine and functional.
Stayed here overight before going to Bryce Canyon. Great value for a one night stay for 4 of us. The room was very spacious and beds were comfortable and the heater was needed. There were spare blankets available as well.
