The property and staff are amazing. Check in, valet, concierge and housekeeping all were prompt and professional. The amenities, are exceptional for such a small property. I’ve seen large resorts with amenities that don’t hold a candle to these and at this this property you are only talking about 40 residents, with maybe 50% occupied year round.

The Stein Eriksen Residences delivered on every level. Stayed for a long ski weekend and was blown away by staff, the location, and the amenities at SER. The staff was the most attentive and professional I have encountered in all my travels. The location mid-mountain provides postcard worthy views and allows excellent ski in/ski out access to Deer Valley Resort. When conditions on the mountain changed, we simply skied back to SER, changed goggles, added a layer and were right back on the slopes. Amenities at SER are second to none. The on-site ski shop/valet/locker room made getting on the mountain so easy after enjoying the delicious family-style breakfast served at SER. The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs were an amazing spot to relax after the lifts closed. It all added up to a pure luxury experience.

Staying at the Stein Eriksen Residences for a long weekend was in word--amazing! From check-in to check out, the experience was top notch. Great service from the front desk, ski rental and locker room staff to the shuttle drivers that took us back and forth from the lodge, downtown or wherever we wanted to go. The residences themselves provide stunning views of the mountain, are modern, clean and contain lots of space for groups staying together. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and large closet. Just an absolute dream vacation location to get away from it all!

This was our first stay at the Stein Eriksen Residences and there is no other place we will stay on our return trips. I cannot imagine a more perfect location and property. From the time we walked through reception and checked in, and throughout our stay, the entire Team was not only professional but they made us feel so special! I WOULD start listing the individuals who were especially helpful but then this review would turn into a list of every single employee at the Resort!
Our 2 bedroom condo was immaculately appointed with everything we needed during our 6 day stay. The gorgeous bathrooms were well stocked with Molton Brown products, luxurious soaking/jetted tub and rain shower. Our views from the room were spectacular and we loved having the hot tub to soak in each evening.
Now, let's talk Breakfast! Each morning, at the 7880 Club Restaurant onsite, a fantastic buffet breakfast was provided (included as part of our stay) and the food and service were amazing. We also had dinner and drinks at the restaurant and again, it was perfection.
The Valet Team was terrific! A Courtesy Shuttle is provided and the Team dropped us off in town and picked us up whenever we called. They were always ready with a bottled water, some sunscreen and excellent suggestions for places to eat or fun hikes nearby. Our views were incredible from all rooms in the condo. I cannot recommend this Resort highly enough....10/10 This place exceed every expectation!

My visit to the Residences was simply amazing and don't know if I should start with the team or the 2 bedroom condo we stayed in. The people always make the experience at the end so I will start there. I had set up dinner reservations with the Concierge team in advance of our stay. They had great recommendations, extremely friendly and professional. When I arrived they had written confirmations of our itinerary and all worked our perfectly. The Bell team and drivers where a delight each day. Each person we encountered was very genuine , warm and extremely helpful. First class!! A to Z they took amazing care of us.
The condo was beautiful, well appointed, extremely spacious and absolutely made you feel like you were in a truly luxurious environment. While we didn't cook in during our stay the kitchen was first class and fully stocked for whatever we would have wanted to do. We dined in Glitretind one evening. Fantastic views, great service, extensive wine list and each course was perfectly prepared.

We have stayed here with 5 couples in the winter and summer. Each room in the 5 bedroom condo has it's own bathroom Winter ski in ski out is amazing. We just stayed for the summer. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The pool is a perfect temperature with a great view. Shuttle service to downtown for dinner and to the summer concert series in Deer Valley was perfect. It is a great place to stay.

The building is new and very nice, every room has a relaxing modern mountain vibe and you feel like you are pampered from the moment you arrive. The staff was very attentive. Thomas welcomed us when we arrived and showed us around, Nathalie, Somelia, Joe and Thea also all took great care of us while we visited. They always treated us with smiles, asked if there was any way they could assist us and makd us feel like we were part of the Stein Eriksen family! We can't wait to come back and visit again!

The SER is a top notch luxury experience in every way. The concierges took care of our pick up at the airport and all of our restaurant reservations easily and perfectly. The bellman on arrival was exceptional and not took our luggage to the room but also took my skis boots and poles to the private ski locker.
The room was spacious and beautifully appointed with a large king bed, large closet, kitchen area and jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Just perfect. The twice a day maid service was perfect as well with chocolate on your pillow every night
Every person working there is focused on making your stay relaxed and trouble free. They are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everyone we encountered was like that from the front desk to the housekeeper to the hostess and servers in the restaurant and each of the people working in the private ski locker and in the spa.
What a place. It forms get any better then this. My wife and I have already requested the same week for next year and can’t wait to go back!

Stayed here with a group of 10 friends/families in an incredible 5 bedroom condo. Well stocked with Molton Brown toiletries and all the group thoroughly enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs on our deck. Spa was phenomenal as well as the gym. The shuttle drivers, especially Connor and Miguel were so kind and we never had to wait more than 10 minutes whenever we requested a ride to town or pick up

The rooms are spacious and beautiful. Unit featured a fireplace, floor to ceiling windows and mountain views, a desk with multiple monitors, and a washer and dryer. Breakfast buffet at 7880 was delicious. Ski in/Ski out is easy but requires a combination of skiing and lifts to get to the main part of the mountain, something to keep in mind with beginners/small children.
Ski rentals through SE was the only hiccup. During lunch one day, my spouses skis were swiped from the racks on the mountain, presumably by someone with identical rentals. We called the rental shop at the SE Residences; they said this happened regularly and that the skies would likely turn up at the end of the day. They directed us to check in with SE rentals onsite at the SE Lodge, right at the base of mountain, to set up with a pair of temporary skis. The rental staff at the SE lodge could not have been more unaccommodating. They insisted we pay for the missing skis *and* a set of new rentals. Not only was SE lodge communication inconsistent with the residences, but the Deer Valley rental site, ten feet away, was shocked- they too said ski mix ups happen often and always comp skis until they turn up. We wasted hours of an expensive DV ski day arguing with SE Lodge, filing a report for the missing skis, and waiting for them to turn up (which they eventually did.) I'd rent skis elsewhere since apparently "mix ups" happen at Deer Valley often- we heard several other people complaining about similar experiences.

Thank you for your question. We are a full ski in/ski out property, so we're located right on Deer Valley Resort. We have a terrific Ski Valet Team that will help store and assist in getting your equipment on every morning. You can ski right out from our North Building onto the slopes! It's that easy!
