Once we arrived, they informed us that the upgraded room we requested was no longer available. Plus, there aren't any dvd players in the room and when we called and asked if they had any, they were "all out". The bathroom isn't anything special. Average tub and amenities. Plus it is mandatory valet. There are a lot of other, nicer...

My wife and I stayed here for our second wedding anniversary. The hotel staff was very courteous, friendly, and attentive from the moment we arrived. The room we stayed in was more than we could have asked for, furnished with every amenity. We were very surprised to find our bed decorated with roses and rose petals upon returning from dinner...

Rooms were nice, staff was nice, food was horrible. The rooms were very bright at night so bring something to cover your eyes if you don't like lights at night. Food wasn't very good for a fancy hotel. Staff was very nice and always willing to help.

This is a beautiful hotel with great rooms and is on a nice property. The views out the rooms are gorgeous. There is a nice pool area that is great for children (perhaps not so great as a romantic destination however.) My only negative point is the hotel's restaurant service was slow and the waitress staff seemed overwhelmed by having...

The hotel is very warm and welcoming with the lobby that features a fire place you want to smoke smores in, but you can do that poolside instead! The Waldorf Astoria is a Hilton property. Park City is a ski resort. The rate we got at the hotel was excellent ($235 + 35/day Resort Fee). Keep in mind that summer in a ski resort is off season. The MOST off season has to be the last week in August. The hotel is, like many in Park City, built...
