Come ready to ski and let Black Diamond take care of the rest. Ski locker service and the lodge's proximity to the mountain can't be beat. The rooms come equipped with hot tubs and one of the rooms in the condo even sleeps 10!! Sauna/steam rooms leave much to be desired, but hey you can't have it all.

Every Summer, I attend a conference in Deer Valley and have stayed at many lovely places in the area including the St. Regis and other lodges. I will never stay anywhere else, the Black Diamond Lodge is outstanding on all levels. The level of customer service was outstanding, sending an email before arrival asking for any requests, or needs ahead...

The Black Diamond Lodge was perfect for our MLK weekend ski trip to Deer Valley. We were 3 moms and 4 kids, and the location next to ski school/ snow park lodge could not have been better. The bunny slopes were right outside our window. We rented a 3 Bedroom/4 Bath condo. I was a little hesitant as the decor...

We ended up staying elsewhere. I cannot recommend these people enough, however, as they were very helpful and efficient in guiding us through all possible accomodation options not only at Black Diamond but also the surrounding lodges.

While not on the same level as the Montage or the St Regis right above it on the bluff, the Black Diamond lodge is great for families. It is a true ski in/ski out property with a great locker room and attentive staff. You can work through the concierge to book restaurants and other activities (snowmobiling, horse drawn sleigh) but...

Decent rest after my Trans-Pacific flights. Food is terribly overpriced. Junky toiletries. Bell carts available in lobby. Front Desk staff is surly. Nintendo WII charges were outrageous. Maybe we'll stay again.

This was an incredible property overall. I am in the hospitality business and I have to say that the staff definitely gave a five star level of service. The apres ski and continental breakfast was a nice touch. The location was great and the quality of the property was very upscale. Perhaps the best touch was the Escalade car service...

What a gorgeous property and an amazing location. Fantastic ski valets too. Easy shuttle trip to main st in Park City, and just steps away from the main lodge in Deer Valley, including the ski school. Walk or ski to all the main lodge amenities. Breakfast and tea service too. Best ski trip ever.

First, if you've been to Deer Valley, you know how great it is. Sorry snowboarders, I know you're not allowed at Deer Valley and I kinda like that... Black Diamond is the perfect location for families with kids in ski school. We watched the kids return from our the hot tub and walked over when we saw them. It is...

We came upon Black Diamond while searching for a place to stay during Park City's summer concert series. The staff was incredible - even helping me pull off a surprise for my husband - our son took leave from the Marines to surprise him for Father's Day! Cheryl Neuenschwander, manager, was amazing. The head of maintenance (sorry! I can't remember...

“Get the biggest room you can afford! The larger rooms are fantastic! We were in Building 2 (which is a little bit of a misnomer because they are all connected) and loved the view. Our friends had a slight better view from Building 3. I think every room looks out on the slopes.”

“Room 231 has 3 bedrooms, 4 baths with side view of symphony band shell - perfect for listening to the concerts.”

“Rooms in building 1 can be less expensive and are equally as nicely appointed as rooms in building 3, just have less of a view. Make sure to take full advantage of the concierge services and your trip will be greatly improved. While winter is prime season, summer is amazing as well - particular during the concert season as this lodge overlooks the performance stage.”
