Our clean, spacious one-bedroom with a loft suite (#317) was one of the most comfortable suites in which we have ever stayed. It had a king-size bed, full kitchen, bar and dining areas, 1-1/2 baths with jetted tub and good amenities, en suite washer and dryer, 3 flat screen TVs, large closets, 2 balconies, and 2 fireplaces. We drove all...

Just back from a stay at the he Hyatt Centric Park City. We had a three bedroom suite and it was beautifully appointed. There is a full kitchen which is helpful for breakfast. We found the hotel staff to be very helpful. The only issue was that housekeeping didn't bring coffee and soap refills and I had to call almost...

We are so happy to hear you enjoyed your 3 bedroom suite. They are great aren't they? I will address the importance of coffee and soap refills with our housekeeping department so this doesn't happen again. Can't wait to see you again sometime.

Clean, professional, loved the 2nd floor ski access, the convention rooms were set up very nicely, and not having to bring screens, projector table, or easels was a huge plus. Friendly and helpful staff. Great experience!

Thank you so much for staying with us and providing us positive feedback! So happy to hear you enjoyed the ski valet area on the second floor. Come back next year to see that whole area renovated to be even better.

This is my second stay at the Hyatt Centric, and this time I brought my kids. This hotel could be great -- it just needs a few tweaks. Here's the breakdown: 1. Room -- Great! It was clean, bright, had a large TV, Blu-Ray player, microwave, coffee pot, high-end hair dryer, and reasonable amenities (BeeKind toiletries). 2. Location -- Not...

Thank you very much for your detailed feedback. There are a lot of great points you make and we will certainly address the things that we can. First, regarding the restaurant, we need to do a better job of explaining to guests who are vegetarian or have food allergies, that we can prepare anything you'd like regardless of the menu....

We have been skiing Utah for more than 30 years and stayed all over but if you want true ski in ski out and dry powder skiing and boarding...this is ghe location. Hyatt Centric accomodations are very nice and one of the best location in America. The 3 & 4 bedroom units are very spacial and worth every penny.

Stayed at this hotel for a fun weekend in between two business trips (Vegas and Chicago). I couldn't have been happier with my stay. We were upgraded to the king suite and it was fabulous. Two fireplaces. Huges bedroom. Great bathroom and kitchen. Was a real pleasure.

service was friendly and helpful but game room is more of a romper room for toddlers. Gym is crammed into a hallway and small area by pool. No yoga as advertised. must pay a private party to come and not sure where they would have class. ski in and out is for intermediate skiers, not beginners.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay. Our current game room is a temporary one until our new one gets constructed. We will have a brand new game room by the end of the year that will feature a pool table, foosball table, Xbox and other fun kids activities. It will be located on the second floor, next...

I was at this Hyatt for a 2 day business meeting but also had a chance to enjoy some of what Park City has to offer. Thank you for your great feedback. Our meeting rooms and public spaces are going to get even better with minor renovations being scheduled soon. The meeting rooms will get brand new carpet and paint and in addition to that, the ballroom will get mechanized shades on the windows, new chandeliers and new AV equipment. We are very excited.
