We have stayed at several ski-in ski-out hotels in park city. The Hyatt Escala is a true ski-in ski-out with their own lift at The Canyons (Sunrise). The property is nice with 3 main buildings. The condo style rooms are very spacious with great kitchens and lots of room. Since it is set-up more along the lines of a condo,...

Well, as a seasoned traveler I thought I had seen most everything but the Hyatt Escala being out of all but a couple items on their restaurant menu (including bread) was a first!!! We were there on January 2nd, 2015 and their excuse was "we had a very busy holiday season AND our suppliers are stressed in keeping up!" Obviously...

We were staying at this property during our family ski trip last week. I've stayed many famous hotel properties everywhere in Asia, Europe and South Pacific island etc. I know it's hard to compare, but the front desk service was exceptional here. Desiree was def the best front desk staff! She was very natural and cool. She knew how to...

Top notch accommodations. This place can be expensive during times such as the Sundance film festival. Nice heated pool and very nice large hot-tub areas. Food at EPC was good and service was friendly. We'll most definitely go back as it is a great ski-in/ski-out location.

My husband choose this hotel because it was ski-in/ski-out and we could use our points. We upgraded our room to a suite when we arrived and it was definitely worth it. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped to cook a couple of our own meals. The Aloha rentals in house were extremely helpful, as were...

I have stayed at this hotel nearly a dozen times. I travel the country frequently and have never found a more accommodating hotel then the Hyatt Escala at the Canyons. From the time I pull up to the hotel until I check out, every part of my stay is perfect. The Valet is professional, the front desk staff are fabulous...

We went over New Years and the price was a bit extreme but hey that's prime season prices. I was pleasantly surprised that this was a Hyatt. Very nice rooms and overall nice hotel and perfect location if you are interested in skiing the Canyons area. Less than 100 yards away from the Canyons Plaza that has a good variety...

When we first got here the rooms were not clean. The staff moved us to a different room. I once got in to a shuttle and the driver just walked off the shuttle and left us alone in the shuttle for an hour. The fireplace burned my sisters hand when it was off for 6 hours. The food is horrible....

I had a wonderful stay in a king room. It had a fireplace that was so nice, since it was 9 degrees! I love the secure underground parking, so I could grab things from my car. The bed was very comfortable. There was also a wet bar, a refrigerator, and a microwave. Overall, a wonderful property. I would highly recommend...

We stayed there for three nights. Vicki was the front desk manager was gracious enough to upgrade us to a suite. What a treat. We have stayed at many luxury oriented properties, but in terms of attention to details, this one was the tops. location was central and even though there was not much of a snow fall yet, we...
