As other reviewers wrote, the Westgate Resort is a bit difficult to navigate with facilities and amenities spread throughout the buildings. Since we come every year we are used to it. But since we never have the same suite, it is always an adjustment. The rooms and suites are in general very good and spacious. They all could use refurbishing...

We have been coming to the Westgate for many years and have always appreciated its excellent location right next to the gondola to The Canyons. This is even better now that The Canyons and Park City Resort are connected, so you can take the gondola to access both instead of having to reserve a shuttle like you did in previous...

I stayed at this hotel as a guest of a friend who ownes a timeshare in it. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, from the bellboys to the maids, everybody was very helpful and nice. I was specially surprised that, being a timeshare stay, they made the room everyday. The hotel facilities are fantastic,...

Its beautiful. We arrived to our room and it was not what we booked! I went to the lobby ready for a conflict and without hesitation or argument we got upgraded for free to an even better room than I had originally booked. No additional charge for a room that I know was much more expensive than the original room....

We stayed in a VRBO in this hotel and really liked it. The hotel is a little hard to get from place to place - you have to go up on elevator, down another, and up another, but everyone is lost at the same time. Eventually you figure it out. The pool is very nice. I like the indoors at...

We stayed in an A/B combination through HomeAway (300628) It was a perfect space for our family of 4. Two bedrooms and a living area - large kitchen and eating area. HUGE master bath with jetted tub. The hotel is ideally situated for getting on the gondola at the base of the Canyons. The skier services will store your skis...

The convenience of the ski valet, location, amenities are really nice but... Cons Hotel staff about 75% bothered attitude 25% accommodating First room they put us in was not acceptable...needed upgrades and patio faced a rock wall with huge drain in front of it..not really what was portrayed on Westgate.com when I booked Several maintenance issues in the new room...

We spent a ski week at the Westgate Resort and Spa in Park City, Canyons. The location is good near the Canyons gondolas and the spa is excellent. However, this large resort hotel appears a little tired and dated. Multiple elevators are used to access different parts of the facility and very slow as they double as service elevators. The...

Excellent customer service from Bianca at the concierge desk! She has helped me plan our stay in Park City. This is our honeymoon and she couldn't be more accommodating and has made fantastic suggestions form transportation to restaurant choices.

The hotel stay was really quite nice. The presidential suite has 4 bedrooms that are actually like 4 mini condo units all within one unit. There is a main kitchen (fully equipped) and then each bedroom has its own living room and mini kitchen. Each bathtub is a jacuzzi bathtub and there is a proper private jacuzzi on the balcony...
