Hotel Park City, part of the Autograph Collection, garners praise for its warm, rustic ambiance and an array of amenities, including diverse dining options and ski services. Many guests appreciate the comfortable rooms equipped with full kitchens and fireplaces, though some find them slightly outdated. The hotel's location earns accolades for its convenience to Main St.
and nearby attractions, bolstered by a reliable shuttle service. While opinions on value are mixed, with a few guests feeling the cost is high, most commend the hotel for its cleanliness and the staff's attentive service.

Just back from Park City and a stay at the Hotel Park City.
The hotel is positioned perfectly in Park City allowing you to ski at Park City or Deer Valley. The hotel provides daily shuttles to both mountains which are just 2-5 minutes from its door steps.
I have stayed here many times and I challenge you to find a better hotel and value in Park City not to mention the unique mountain architecture that makes this Marriott property shine.
I contacted Danielle at the reservation department to see if their was any last minute availability as I tend to chase the incoming storms.
After some back and forth her colleague Larry found a room for me and even got me an early check in. Flying in from Boston you can land at 10:30 am, and be skiing by noon.
The hotel room was just perfect looking out over the Park City / Canyons resort and its signature red lit Christmas tree.
The room was complete with fireplace, washer and dryer , ( which allows me to bring less clothes and keeps everything dry and fresh) , kitchenette and huge deck for morning coffee.
Breakfast in the hotel is a great way to start the day and the Ruths Chris inside the lobby can not be beat. The bar is quaint and people were fun and friendly.
I tend to ski all over and its just a 20 min drive from the hotel to Alta, Snowbird, Brighton and Solitude.
The hotel lobby has free coffee , hot chocolate and treats for the kids with a massive roaring fireplace.
The giant hot tub and heated pool is a welcomed sight after a long day on the mountain.
The fact is while I am a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum member I usually am treated pretty well but at this hotel I am treated like family and the people are what makes a property great and these people, especially Danielle know what hospitality means and provide a tremendous value for a family friendly atmosphere all the time.
Until next time. See you on the slopes!

We stayed at the Hotel Park City in a charming cottage with a grand view of the mountains... The staff were great and professional amid the growing coronavirus pandemic. We arrived in time to go to Marty's Board (Ski) rental shop conveniently in the hotel. It is a family owned shop with great skis at fair prices. We rented our skis, handed them off to the valet and got ready to hit the mountain in the morning. Unfortunately 2 hours later all the mountains were closed down for the season due to CV19. The guys at Marty's took extra care to keep customers at a distance from each other and wiped all surfaces- it was evident that this family run shop goes the extra mile to get things right for their customers. If you need skis in Park City go visit Chip and Kasidy Bullen and stay at the Hotel Park City- all the luxury and personal touches rolled into one experience.

The good service starts with the spa receptionist, Angie . She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is clean that you touch and she is very friendly and helpful. Next the facials and massages are wonderful. Again, very clean and careful given our current environmaent. Molly's facial was amazing the other day. I would highly recommend it.

The room (a king cabin) was not a cabin. It was a condo style 4-plex with a view of a tree and construction. There is no elevator in the building if you need one. The room was lovely and well cared for, with a washer, dryer, microwave, stove and dishwasher. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept well. The hot tub on the balcony was nice but the cover was very musty and had not been cleaned.
The main pool and hot-tub were great but only 50 people are allowed in the space at one time because of Corona virus so get there early. There is no pool service so bring your own cooler with drinks (no glass allowed). The bar in The Bandanna restaurant closes after lunch. The food and service in The Bandanna were both top-notch.
My review is only three stars for a few reasons. 1. No maid service. They said it was because of the virus but didn't warn us in advance. The housekeeping staff was only cleaning rooms in between guests. It defeats the purpose of spending a whole lot of money to pamper oneself in a nice hotel if you have to wash your own towels, make your bed, clean, etc... We had to take out our own garbage every day! 2. Parking is a bear. No parking anywhere near the cabins. You can drop off your gear but then you have to go fight for parking with the golfers. 3. I would not stay here on a weekend, at least not in the cabins. Wednesday and Thursday were quiet and peaceful. Friday was a crazy party on all sides. It may have been alright in the main hotel.

This is not a hotel. This is a motel without security, no manager overnight, which is promoting alcohol and drug parties with loud music going on all night.
We stayed in one of the chalets, which has 4 units and screaming and partying were going on until 3:30AM, shortly after rap music with speaker brought from the outside started and windows were shaking in the entire building and this was going on until 7:30AM. Multiple calls to the front desk and personal appearance at the front desk didn’t bring any results because there is no manager at night or anyone who cares.
One of the 6 drunk individuals who was standing in front of my door and screaming at 3:30AM almost fall inside my room when I opened the door to ask them to stop.
The “manager” Mr. Rainer who showed up after 8AM has zero managerial skills and had zero solution to this since the drunk party crew decided to put a privacy note on their door at 8AM and he said he couldn’t knock on their door when privacy note was there. So, it’s ok for some people to cause insane disturbance all night and then sleep all day without being bothered. In any normal hotel these drunks would be removed from the hotel at night by the security. The only solution to this nightmare the dysfunctional manager had, was to put my family with little kids who didn’t sleep all night to a little room in the main building.
Also, as a platinum member of Bonvoy (the owner of the hotel) I received zero support as well.
This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life. Just awful. Stay away!
This is not a family friendly hotel. It’s also very inconvenient and not walkable anywhere.
You must take a shuttle if you like to ski. The shuttles go every 30 min or 1 hour and they stop at 5:30PM until the next day. The lifts are open until 4PM, so if you decide to ski all day you can’t stay for a quick dinner because you will miss the last shuttle. The hotel doesn’t offer any additional transport (even if you pay), Uber or personal car are you only options.
So you are pretty much stuck eating overpriced Ruth’s Chris for breakfast & dinner. And also, the quality of food at this so called Ruth’s Chris is nowhere close to the actual chain in big cities and my daughter is sick second day and she we ate only there.
I would never in my life stay in this hotel! Absolute failure on every level. Horrible low class motel.

We stopped at Hotel Park City for a 1-night stay on the last night of a cross country drive. I had some reservations because of the change a few years ago to the Marriott brand as I generally find that Marriott hotels lack good maintenance and attention to detail, even in their higher end properties. But, we had stayed here many years ago (before Marriott took over)and loved our experience. We were not impressed this time. The first room we checked into the bathroom had not been properly cleaned or apparently inspected (I’ll spare the details) so we were moved and upgraded. In the new room, the lack of detailed cleaning was still evident. The glasses in the bathroom were dirty, there were small splashes of a dark substance on the wall by the sink, and the make up mirror had dirty makeup fingerprints around the edges. There were also dirty towels by the entrance to the cottage that had not been removed. These may seem like small issues, but traveling during Covid, one looks for attention to detail to inspire confidence in the cleanliness of the spaces we occupy. We stayed in several Hilton properties in our journey and appreciated the extra steps taken and highlighted for guests.

I’m already dreading that I have to come back to this place in March. My husband is having a 100k meeting at this dump over the Waldorf because it was 17k cheaper. It should be 1/2 the cost of the Waldorf because this place doesn’t hold a candle to a 5 star hotel. It’s old, there is 0 service, no turndown, no humidifiers, dated rooms, internet has gone out twice, Fireplace didn’t work, you have to shuttle to the slopes, the spa is a dump, no light snacks, no hair brushes, no makeup remover, the relaxation lounges are old dump couches and 2 chairs, the showers have old cloth shower curtains that drag the floor. I brought my 8 year old son for a couples massage. They knew he was 8. No mention that he couldn’t use either locker room amenities. Well how does that work for changing and showering? No small shoes or bath robes for him to wear. 5 star hotels.....they have these details. The front desk in spa was eating a taco salad when I was checking out. I told her the spa was a dump and she said “okay, thank you that will be $400”. The whole experience just has me disgusted that we would give this place another $1 much less 100k. Don’t think for 1 second they do anything extra service wise for someone spending that much at their hotel cause they don’t! They can keep kidding themselves that they are a 4.5 star hotel. The people rating them obviously don’t frequent 5 star hotels because if they did their standards would be much much higher.

Just got back from a great long weekend at Hotel Park City. I can't say enough about the amazing staff and the hotel overall. The esthetic is exactly what you want for a ski vacation and the cottage rooms are exceptional. We booked a deluxe cottage with the private outdoor jacuzzi on the balcony and it was perfect - awesome view of the mountains and it had 3 fire places (including an outdoor one!). The shuttle was convenient to the mountain each day and ran right on time. At night they'll drop you in the middle of the town and pick you up. They even did a courtesy shuttle when we first arrived so we didn't have to call an uber to lunch. The spa was great and shout out to Marley and Emily for a great couples massage. The complimentary breakfast was great even with the covid restrictions in place - it was super quick to grab something on your way out. It was our first time in Park City and we'll certainly be back to stay at this hotel next winter. Thanks again!

I cannot express how much I loved my stay at this hotel. It was beautiful, check in was a breeze and it smelled amazing in the whole hotel. Our room overlooked the pool and hot tub. The room itself was furnished with a washer, dryer, small stove top, microwave, dishwasher and a wonderful fireplace. 2 TVs, an amazingly comfortable king size bed, a shower with 3 shower heads and a jacuzzi tub. The outdoor pool was heated and the hot tub was so nice. The breakfast was so good and complimentary with our package. We stayed for 2 nights and it just wasn't enough, I wanted to stay longer. Highly recommend. Great staff!

I'll start by saying I understand this is a tough time or the hotel industry. I understand that room service cannot be performed every day. However, the hotel should have made an effort to replace amenities (ie. coffee, soap, towels, etc.) via a door drop. I was told that items could not be replaced when needed because "staff was not available".
The second thing I had a problem with was the TERRIBLE room service from Ruth Chris' Steakhouse. During a pandemic, it's only natural that people will want to eat in their own rooms. I thought that by ordering room service from a reputable restaruant located within the hotel, I would have a good experience. I was wrong. Rather than arriving on plates with metal covers, with silverware, as is normal for room service, all food items arrived cold, in styrofoam boxes. Again, I understand staff not wanting to come into the rooms to set up service. But at the very least, the meal could have arrived on trays with normal dishware. The hotel expects you to eat a $45 steak on styrofoam with a plastic knife. In no way is that worth the $100+ bill for dinner- save your money and order a pizza.

I am sorry but that we only stayed in the small king suite. No Hot Tub. Call the front desk for more information.
Yes. It runs all the time. It is 1 mile away
I believe so and are always very clean the 4-5 times we stay here a year.
It varies by season. When we used the service - it made stops at Park City and Deer Valley. Scheduled return times as well. You may want to check with the Hotel Concierge with your dates of travel.
In the Summer there’s a patio. I’m not sure about a kids menu
