We rented a "standard hotel room" for a week while my husband was in Park City for a seminar. We left at 6am after the first night! First, the check-in person barley spoke Engish & compeatly lacked any kind of coustomer service or social skills. Second, the room was not a hotel room. Our room was on the 2nd floor...

I stayed here while attending a conference and other than location it was inconvenient for a business traveler. Limited services. I had to checkout in the morning, there was no one to assist with luggage, I had to drag my luggage through the snow from the furthest building - as it had snowed the walk ways were poorly accessible. Once...

I was a little worried making reservations, primarily because reviews were so-so and photos were mediocre at best. I must admit, my friend and I were very happy with our choice. Beds were comfy and rooms were not noisy at all (we requested 2nd floor). Upon check-in the desk person was kind enough to give keys to two different units...

My friend and I stayed at the Prospector while we were in town for the Sundance Film Festival. The room exceeded our expectations. Although they had a 5-night minimum stay, we still spent less on the room overall than we would have at one of the other popular Sundance hotels. The Prospector has it's own shuttle stop (2 actually), and...

I am returning to Prospector Square for the 2nd time - both times for a 3-week conference in July. All the units I have seen are nicely furnished, and the location is great. You can walk outside and hop on the free city bus and get anywhere easily. My only complaint is that there are some families living in the...

After 4 years we returned to Prospector Square, but tried our luck with All Seasons Mgt for their buy one/get one free night prepaid offer, making cost of slightly larger studio with full kitchen less than $100 per night. Check in was at Carriage House and more helpful than previous experience at Prospector. Room was ready, so allowed very early...

Finally got some good snow in Park City. We went for a weekend get-away. In terms of service, everything went smoothly. We checked in at the conference center area and walked a few steps to building 3 to get to our room. The room we got (212) looked like it had just been remodeled. It had 2 queen-size beds, a...

Mediocre service: I couldn't read with the 40 watt bulb in the bedside lamp and calls for a stronger bulb were entirely ignored. The next day I went to the desk for a bulb but received defensive answers that a 40 watt bulb is all they are required.

I was part of the organizing committee for a large group reunion (75-100). I talked to people at resorts all over the USA and no one was as gracious and as willing to help us as Laura Jones of Prospector Square. She helped us arrange everything and she did it with charm and humor. We had excellent rates, a terrific...
