We stayed here for a night to enjoy a day at the Adventure Park. The staff was extremely nice and informative! The pool area was clean and enjoyable with 2 hot tubs and indoor/outdoor pool.. and sauna. Rooms were clean. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and the pizza was FANTASTIC! Hotel was one mile from ski lifts - great vacation!

My wife and I just returned from a 5 night stay at the Peaks Hotel. All in all, a terrific stay. The hotel is in an excellent location, relatively close to downtown and walking distance to many challenging mountain hikes, The rooms are very nice and have a sort of hip like vibe. From a covid standpoint, the hotel has done an excellent job of adjusting their practices. All employees wore masks at all times. The morning Buffett has been reduced to pre-packaged foods, etc. And the daily housekeeping has been cut back. However, these did not present any problems for us during our stay and we felt completely safe. I also want to point out the excellent restaurant attached to the hotel. The restaurant has taken advantage of a small park like area where people can eat and listen to music.

My wife and I stayed here for our winter trip last week (March 2021). This hotel is probably the best hotel we have stayed at in all of our trips (5 a year for the last 5 years). First of all, the cleanliness of the entire facility, but most importantly the room was incredible. So that is a huge shoutout to the housekeeping staff. The rest of the facility (pool, sauna, hot tubs, breakfast area) were also extremely clean and well organized. The staff was great, courteous, and quick with any requests we had. During COVID times, the breakfast options at some hotels have been a muffin and an apple. Well, here, although you don't get to do a traditional complimentary buffet, you do get a hot meal of your selection and a staff member makes you a plate. The offerings were like you would get at any other resort pre-covid with the exception of a waffle-maker. Tie in all that with the location just down the road from either Park City Mountain or Canyons Village, you would think you're staying in a 5 star hotel at a 3 star price. 5 stars all around. My wife and I will be coming back to Park City in the near future and we will be staying at Park City Peaks.

We chose this hotel as it was pet friendly and we wanted to bring our two dogs. I was so impressed with how nice the hotel was, considering it was very very decently priced and it allowed pets. The hotel is located in such a great location! Very close to the slopes, close to walking trails and close to stores. The hotel also had a nice restaurant/ bar, the food was great, they provide an easy complimentary breakfast each morning, there is also rentals available in the hotel which was super convenient and also an indoor and hotel pool and hot tub area.
The room was fairly basic but on the higher end and had a coffee machine, fridge, 65” ish TV, USB charger ports and mirrors. The bed was actually very comfortable too! I also loved that our room was located right by an exit to the outside, which made taking the dogs out to go to the bathroom super convenient. The only criticism I had was, what ever was above us, I don’t know if it was a room or what, sounded like it contained a ton of marathon runners that were running non stop. It sounded like constant stomping through day and night lol! Still managed to sleep well though, but I guess you should always bring ear plugs to hotels.
But overall, we really liked it there, would recommend and also go back 🤗

This hotel meets all your needs for a terrific ski holiday - equipment rental in the lobby, lovely rooms which are well cleaned/maintained, great staff at the front desk/lobby and many shuttle options to the ski lifts (Park City Mountain and Deer Park) as well as main street in the evenings. A great little restaurant with oven fired pizza on site and cookies/cocoa in the lobby in the afternoons. All in all a fantastic place to stay

We took a short ski vacation and booked a powder package during (virtual) Sundance week. We choose the hotel because the design was very appealing to us and we loved that we could get rentals right there in the lobby. Originally we were slightly concerned about the distance to mountain and historic old town, because we did not want to rent a car, but decided to give it a try despite these concerns.
We surely did not regret it!
The design was super inviting and exactly as pictured, the room (standard King) was gorgeous and large enough to spread out and roll out a yoga mat for stretching in the comfort of your private space. Throughout the hotel there were cozy corners with gorgeous furniture to lounge and relax in, fireplace indoors and out, even a small ice rink for kids to enjoy.
The distance to mountain and town is no issue as the hotel provides free shuttle service to both in very nice maintained Mercedes Sprinters.
The large pool area with two hot tubs and a connecting indoor/outdoor pool plus steam and dry sauna was well maintained and perfect after skiing. The fitness center and its equipment was very impressive. The restaurant seems like a popular local spot as it was always crowded and food was excellent. The winter salad and the Spiro Pizza were to die for!
The staff was super friendly and attentive everywhere: Front Desk, shuttle drivers, restaurant and especially the afternoon hosts for cookie and hot chocolate Happy Hour who I must assume where local High Schoolers, so lovely!
Lastly, like most Californians we skied during the day AFTER check out because we had a later flight home and want to make the most of the stay. The hotel provided us with complimentary luggage storage and access to the fitness center so that one can change and repack before leaving.
We will be back for sure!

I am left speechless on this one! Our whole business model was to create a genuine mountain experience at a price point that exceeded expectations. The fact that you notice all the details down to our local high school 14 yr olds working cocoa just makes it all worth it. Thank you so much for your kind words and detailed review. I can not wait to share it with the team. We are looking forward to your next visit! Safe travels home

Very clean and elegant place with upscale quality fixtures and furniture. The pool, jacuzzi and saunas were great and there was a very nice much larger than average workout room. I didn’t have time for the breakfast but staff were kind enough to allow me a few grab and go items after it closed — oranges, grapefruit juice, almond milk and a muffin. I was thrilled that they had a charging station for my PHEV in the underground parking which keeps cars safe from heat, rain and snow. There is a nice courtyard and common area to relax in and the Italian restaurant attached to the hotel had good food and was super busy at dinner. Some rooms have balconies with mountain views but parts of the hotel are along a busy street — the location is not slope side but just across the street. I don’t care for street noise so staff were very accommodating to give a different room upon request at check in. Staff also accommodated my request for a 12pm checkout over the standard 11am. Overall the customer service was fantastic — definitely top tier, and the stay was great. Highly recommended and I will definitely check this hotel first when I return and need a place to stay. The quality and service, cleanliness and especially the amenities make it a wonderful stay.

Stayed at Park City Peaks during Thanksgiving week.
Location: super convenient, close to Main Street (5 min drive) and a lot of other plazas within Park City. (5/5)
Amenities: indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, gym. One thing we noticed is they do not offer small hygiene items such as hand lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste. Bring your own if this is something you rely on! There’s a mini fridge but no microwave in the room, you’ll have to use the one near the lobby. (3/5)
Service: You have the option to leave one of the door tags out if you need your room cleaned. We did so in the afternoon and by the time we came back in the evening nothing was cleaned. We also had some trash that piled up in the room and with the small trash cans we had to call the lobby to ask someone to help collect the trash. First time we called they said they would send somebody up but no one came. Had to call a second time.
Parking: There’s both indoor (garage) and outdoor parking. We opting for indoor given the snow. Plenty of open space.
Breakfast: Grab n go breakfast near the lobby, food was kept in the fridge. Average selection - sausage egg sandwiches, variety of cereal, juice, muffins, fruits. Everything was served cold but there was a microwave nearby. There was no staff monitoring the breakfast section, I couldn’t tell what’s been sanitized or touched. (2/5)
COVID measures: The COVID-19 policy was no more than one person or household in the elevator at one time. This sign was pasted outside each elevator entrance, but not followed by any of the guests. It was uncomfortable stopping on other floors with other guests entering. The elevator isn’t that big either, so I wouldn’t say it’s easy to still maintain the 6 ft distance. (3/5)
Cleanliness: Room and furniture seemed brand new or barely used. Love the mid-century modern style of the rooms and the lobby. Lobby had a nice fireplace with a comfortable seating area. Very cozy. (5/5)

Very nice hotel, especially for the price. I booked through an app but wish I would have called the hotel directly as they had a third night free promotion but I was not eligible. Rooms were spacious and bed and pillows super comfy which is super important to us. Shower good, Krueger, wine fridge, ice machines. Nice view of the mountain but pretty loud when we left the balcony door open due to traffic (no noise w door shut). An interior room would be better for noise but you wouldn’t get the view. Great “appy-hour” every night at restaurant (half off appetizers and pizza). Really great deal and food was pretty excellent (we were not a fan of the pizza, not very good crust). Try the steak salad for sure. More of a charcuterie board w stead, salad, grilled asparagus, avocado. Yum. Pretty good drinks and beer selection too and prices very reasonable. Meals in Park City in general a little more expensive than Phoenix area, most burgers at a decent place were in the $20 range for example. The pool area was definitely not luxurious but did have one of the biggest hot tubs I have ever seen. It too was right near the road so lots of noise. Free breakfast certainly adequate w hot food being the regular boxed stuff like eggs, bacon, potatoes but the cold stuff was abundant w plenty of healthy options. Coffe could have been stronger for sure. Parking was easy and plentiful and location great for walking to grocery, state liquor store and some walk in eateries like Mexican, sandwiches, breakfast etc. Nice walking trail across the street to an old farmstead. Driving needed to ski areas and downtown. I would stay here again for comfort, price and restaurant.

This hotel was great. The rooms are spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Staff is nice and helpful. The location is pretty good, located just a short walk to the grocery store, liquor store and 5 seeds breakfast (worth the hype). The shuttle service is very convenient and the shuttle drivers are extremely helpful, going out of their way to drop you off and pick you up. If you choose to opt for an uber from town, they typically ran us between $12-$18. Also the free city bus stops directly in front of the hotel. Breakfast was also included with our stay which was a nice surprise.
My only 2 suggestions for the hotel to make it better would be to install glove and boot dryers and to run more then one shuttle during peak ski hours as they do tend to fill up. We will be back!

Yes, there is…. The Peaks hotel also has its own shuttle service.
I would guess around 6800' - 7000'. I think that would be accurate.
sorry I saw this late, yes there was but the water was awful there!
Not for this 63 year old!
