Ten days in Utah, We would like to thank both Dan the bellman and Jessenia on reception. On our first night there was confusion about our booking and the hotel suffered a fire during our stay but both Dan and Jess were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and they were both so helpful we couldn't fault them. They turned...

Checking out today after a 5 day stay. The hotel is very close to the free Park City buses with easy transportation to the 3 ski areas, Main St, etc. Parking is free. It is next door to a Fresh Market and Rite Aid. The rooms and common areas have been recently rennovated. Beds are comfortable. My family had 2...

Dan the Bellman is Awesome! He gave us 3 50% off lift tickets which saved us 210 dollars!! Hotel was clean and staff were very helpful! The hotel was centrally located to all the ski resorts. We would definitely stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Diamond member stayed here for 4 days over spring break with Family. Was able to check-in early which was nice. However the front desk person must have been new as she didn’t give me a rundown of the hotel, offer me cookies, offer me water, give breakfast vouchers, welcome for being a diamond member, or anything,. Just here is your...

This facility doesn't meet the normal Hilton standards. The staff was less than helpful and somewhat dishonest about a mechanical panel fire which caused complete loss of the amenities(hot tub & pool)

Assigned Room 106 on arrival and in the morning saw that it looked out on what appeared to be war-torn Damascus. Not sure what it was but tarps hanging and looking out at what appeared to be alleyway. As a Diamond HH member, I surely expected a much better view for my ski trip at Park City. Daily complaints led...

I stayed at the Double Tree for 7 nights in a first floor room overlooking the parking lot. The room was noisy, both from the parking lot and noise from the hall when people walked by. The beds were comfortable, but there were just 3 small drawers, a very tiny closet and no hooks to hang ski gear on at...

Great location when concert going or shredding the pow pow on the mountain. Front desk staff was friendly and prompt. The front office manager was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and did everything possible to ensure a great stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Dismal decor with many chipped surfaces, vanity and tub faucet area. Tiny closets, not able to hang much. Dark, brick wall room 142 view! Parking lot crater to swallow car until avoided after first hit! Never marked with five day stay. Breakfast room extremely crowded so avoided and went orher places. Good location , yes, also but many minuses for...

On the positive side, the hotel is convenient, price is good and staff is friendly. On the negative side, our room looks out at a concrete alley with plastic everywhere (serious letdown) and the room was sooo loud with doors slamming & there can't be why insulation. Every time someone would walk by, we could hear every conversation and being...
