The inn was a good price but there was no comforter on the bed and it was cold unless you hiked the heat up to 70+ degrees. I had to wake up to adjust the temp several times. I Did not sleep well. Staff was nice though.

An old motel with renovated rooms. The location couldn't be better if you want to be in downtown St. George, and the price is right. It was reasonably clean and fine for one night's sleep. Staff was nice. Breakfast was basic. Wifi was spotty.

Stayed 2 nights. Usually, rooms are cleaned after the first night. But our room wasn't. We ran out of hot water in the shower, though we took short showers. There was no hair dryer in the room. The 'free breakfast' left us disappointed and deciding to go out to breakfast. The walls are thin and the person in the next...

Not glamorous or updated, but fine for a night. We ran the St George marathon, and it was walking distance to the finish and bus pick up. The bathroom was large, but not cleaned all the well. There was a breakfast, and they had food out early for the runners, which was very thoughtful. The staff were helpful too.

Absolutely the worst !! It's way over priced for the accommodations they provide and don't provide. The rooms are so out dated. Some things I noticed while walking around the property was it looks very run down and not well maintained. We had no window in our room, no phone and no coffee pot to make coffee. I wish I...

Was comfortable for price $60 a night had microwave and fridge in room and free breakfast waffles coffee cereal (need donuts). Bed was soft and walls a bit thin but in all we enjoyed stay. All rooms non smoking but as we don't not...

This is a good example of how carefully chosen photos can make any place look decent. This an old motel that has seen some recent renovations, but it is still old and nothing more than a cheap budget motel -- perhaps on par with Motel 6. Cheap, uncomfortable bed. Noisy, menopausal HVAC unit.

Cheap, but only the location is a plus. We were there for the second week of the Huntsman Sr. Games. Our 16 th year at different motels and never had a bad experience like this year. The printout said we could get our room after 4 pm.. It was 4:20 and we were given a room in a alcove, and...

Located on St. George Blvd in the heart of downtown, it offers reasonable accommodations at very competitive rates. We booked this hotel due to its closeness to downtown and the price, knowing from the pictures it was of older vintage. The location and price are its two selling points, but to call it boutique is a stretch. According to hospitality...
