getting late and I was hesitant to stop at a small town out in the middle of nowhere and stay at the local hotel...I always think of Norman Bates :) But we were so glad we did! The young couple running the hotel were the best and pretty funny too. Room was clean and quiet, rate very reasonable. (and I...

Kathryn at the front made the whole stay awesome. She's the best we've ever had. I give her 6 stars. Rooms were clean, nice, and comfortable. The view out our window was great. Washer and dryer access.

Doing the back roads of Utah on our way to Park City and Scipio looked like the right place to stop for the night. Scipio is the short cut that the tourist going to Salt Lake don't know about coming from the east. The reviews were good, but I know there are no 5 star hotels there (why do people...

We stayed here for a night on our way to Park City. The staff who greeted us upon check in were very nice and overall the first impression was better than I expected. While the hotel is worn and needs some updating it was clean room wise. Note there is no elevator so if you stay on the second floor...

This place isn't fancy, but its clean and comfortable. Typical motel style room. I expected less from a small town place and was pleasantly surprised. Very nice employees who worked there. I would stay again if the occasion arose.

Overall this was a decent hotel for the size of the town it is in. Its was clean and affordable. We got there pretty late so had to phone the night manager to get in and he was very nice. Wish the had a little better snow removal as the parking lot was covered in ice when we got there....

Great prices, and it seems they've been a little more updated since they took the pictures. The rooms were very clean and the staff was VERY welcoming. :) we were going to stay in Fillmore but we decided to keep going to scipio to stay. And we're glad we did! I was surprised that their continental breakfast had eggs omlets...

This hotel was clean and the staff were notably friendly and welcoming. We found the rooms well maintained if a little faded around the edges. We had had a long drive across Nevada and into Utah, and were glad to find a good spot at the end of the day.

The Scipio Hotel is a great find! A top-shelf, great hotel with all the amenities. Pool, jacuzzi, and sauna are pristine, temperature of the jacuzzi and pool is ideal, very clean, pleasantly delightful. The full breakfast is filling with many items to choose from. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. An oasis of comfort, everything a great hotel should be.

The Scipio Hotel is a wonderful find. It has all the amenities of an expensive hotel but is very affordable. Staff are helpful and courteous. I was impressed with the large indoor pool and spa. Rooms are clean and large, with comfortable beds. If I'm ever in this area again I will spend the night here. One caveat: the hotel...
