The Cliff and its Spa make skiing delightful. Arrival on Canyon Transport is smooth and bags promptly delivered to room. Many long time employees work the bell desk and they are always helpful. Ski locker area is perfectly located to ski out to beginner slope and down to the tram. At the busiest times children and equipment are strewn everywhere...

We booked a deal where the ski ticket was included, and 5th night for free. That was the best value we could find in all of Utah in mid December. Snowbird is a great mountain. The Cliff lodge is a good hotel. The walls and ceilings are thick, we didn't hear anything from the neighbors. The gym is large and...

First with the good. The money put into renovations was much needed. The inside and around the property looks great. The ability to ski in and ski out is hands down the best quality of this place. Having the locker to place your gear in and hit the slopes whenever you want is very nice. The bad. The rooms are...

Hotel Staff is not trained to provide high quality service expected from a hotel which wants to be considered high end and with prices as high as they charge. During our stay there was on-going construction / remodeling and when we raised this as concerned most staff members did not care to do much about this. In addition this hotel...

Cliff lodge was OK. Good location with very friendly people. Beds way too soft. Good ski locker with easy access to ski in ski out. Decent package deal available. Excellent breakfast buffet but needed to be refilled more frequently since there were empty offerings.

This is a real easy one -- I highly recommend skiing/snowboarding lovers to spend a week at the Cliff Lodge. Our family was here for one week of skiing, and the lodge exceeded my expectation in every way. Our room was large and clean and the room service was great. The room has a humidifier, a small fridge, and a...

Easy access from Salt Lake City. Come for the snow, family fun, great restaurants and the spa. Very friendly and accommodating service. Loved the workout classes but wish they had a week spa pass instead of daily.

The hotel is very convenient for skiing - there is a shuttle right from the airport to the hotel, so no need to even have a car. The breakfast buffet was great (free for kids under 6, $11/older kids, $20/person for adults) - made to order omelettes and waffles, many other choices. We ended up skipping lunch each day, given...

For lodging at Snowbird, The Cliff Lodge is as good as it gets. While it may not be the most incredible accommodations (it's a typical hotel room), after exploring the other options nearby we were very pleased with the service and facilities offered by the Cliff Lodge. The Cliff Lodge appears to be the only lodging at Snowbird that offers...

For her birthday, my friend and I had a "Mommy Staycation" at the Cliff Lodge. The front desk staff was nice enough to make sure that we were in a mountain facing room so we could celebrate in style. The room was spacious with a fridge, table and chairs. The bathroom was clean and well appointed with enough towels for...
