We have stayed at a couple of America's Best Value Inns over the years. Generally, they are reasonably priced. However, a couple we have stayed at had pet odor because most allow pets. We were happy to discover that the America's Best Value Inn at Tropic, Utah did not have a pet odor in our room. Yea! The room was...

Clean and accommodating inn convenient to Bryce. No frills and we were perfectly happy! Complimentary breakfast next door was good...we also went back for dinner...equally good (but of course not free!) Prices are reasonable...portions big. Staff at both the hotel and restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!

7 miles from Bryce gates, nice, clean operation, free breakfast next door. It's one of the few motels in the area so take what you can get, but reserve early. 2 miles from hotel back towards Bryce is a small turn off with parking for 8-10 cars, beautiful walk, waterfall, Hoo Doo's, springs.

The motel is rather surprising when you open your room door - no pictures on the walls at all, rather Spartan in appearance. But it has everything you need - plenty of clean towels, a microwave, mini-fridge, flat screen TV, hair dryer, and the room is sparkling clean. There is a complimentary breakfast next door at Clarke's, a nice touch....

This is a great place to stay, we stayed two nights and front desk help was very friendly and helpful, rooms were a little dated but very clean. I will stay here in future. If you have extra time make sure to check out the ice cream shop next door

Stayed 2 nights in the quaint town of Tropic. The hotel staff were great and room was comfortable and clean. Quick response to our needs. 2 good returnables in town and a nice alternative to Ruby's at Bryce. About a 15 minute drive to Bryce. Gorgeous views of the mountains. Stayed on the 2nd floor North side which gives you...

This was my second stay at the hotel. Nothing special but a fair price, good service, clean room and well located to stay after a day at Escalante Grand Staircase and before heading to Bryce. The nearby pizza place was an easy, good dinner and the complimentary breakfast at Clarke's was better than most.

The women working the reception were very nice. The room was below average, the bathroom was so small and cramped. The heater was bad. Your so limited in the area, not many palces to chose from. Free breakfast at Clarke's, nice variety, but food was not very good.

Good location for visiting Bryce. Rooms were basic, but adequate. No fridge or microwave in most rooms so you are likely to eat in the restaurant next door, which I believe is owned by the same family. Poor sound insulation and intermittent wifi. Note that reception is not open 24 hours a day. If you have a problem out of...

We had booked a 1 night stay at the hotel as it is close to Bryce Canyon. Due to a change in our itinerary, we skipped our previous destination en route and decided we would arrive a day early and stay a further night. What a mistake!! I explained to the young girls at reception that I has booked and...
