We stayed for three nights and found this place comfortable, roomy and convenient for a visit to Bryce Canyon and surrounding areas. Very Covid aware too and did not need much contact with others. Diverse and delicious full breakfasts with wonderful home baked goods. Nice people. Highly recommended!

Book a reservation a year in advance. I had to cancel due to the covid issue. Owner initially refused to cancel stating they had ne funds. My CC company got involved and over four month forced a refund. However their fine print has a " change fee" for every change. I was charged for two. One for requesting a change on the same day i booked the original reservation to add an additional day. The other was for the final cancelation. We have never been there so my comments are based on their customer service. We had 22 nights book for this trip an never had an issue with any of the others.

Response from Ed Erglis, Owner at Bryce Trails Bed and Breakfast
Responded Nov. 3, 2020
Excuse me? You gad two bookings. I charged Your credit card two times. Those are two transactions. So I did paid transaction fees 2 times which is amount of cancelation fee! So if you are canceling why I have to pay transaction fees? Sorry but that’s on you. That’s the one thing! The second I asked you to call me back within a month to see if I’m able to issue a refund or I was offering you a gift certificate. Instead you just called you CC and said I’m not issuing you refund for cancelation. You knew that I’ll charge you 2x25 for two bookings so you decided to call CC instead. That’s fine. All I did I asked them to pay your cancelation fees back to me and provided them with required documentation. You got your money and I got what I spent for your transactions. Choice was yours to do it true CC that’s why it took 4 months. I can’t speed up these things! Not competent to do this.

We stayed at the Bryce Trails Bed and Breakfast for 2 nights while visiting Bryce. The BnB is is quaint, clean and a good place to stay for visiting Bryce The a good : the room and the whole BnB was clean, spacious and had all you need. We met a couple and I am not sure if they were the owners. Due to COVID they were doing brown bag breakfasts and there was ample food with your given food preferences taken care of. The couple was friendly and asked us about how our stay was going. There is a an amazing selection of teas in the room and the dining area- if you are a tea person:) The not so good and the reason for 4 stars is as below: We checked in and I think due to COVID you were doing sort of self check in which was fine but it was little hard to find our room We were in a first floor room- and we could hear everything from the room above. We did not sleep the first night as the guests / people in the room above us were noisy and dragging stuff around. Then comes mornings and the rooster ( not sure if it’s on the property of neighboring house) started crowing at crack of the dawn and kept at it almost all day (LOL) there were ear buds in our room and we should have gotten the hint. Not sure if anything. An be done for the rooster but maybe putting some area rugs in the first floor room will help with the noise a bit more. Secondly, it was very warm in the room. I think the whole BnB has central heating/cooling and I get it if they want to keep the temperature at a place where it works for all guests, but maybe providing fans in rooms to be used as needed be a good idea. We slept with windows open the first night and still it was too warm. We told the couple on the second day and they said yeah open the windows which we did . On the second night we told them again and they put the a/c on for like half hour helped get the temperature down, we slept again with windows open the second night ( the a/c was switched off as mentioned above) and it was better. Overall it was an OK stay and they were being very careful with COVID regulations which we appreciated.

Absolutely loved staying here and will every time we go back to Bryce. My husband and I travel all over the world and always try to find a place that is unique and makes you sink into your surroundings. This is the place! We stayed in the Under the Rim suite. Beautiful room. The bed was comfortable and the little sitting room was so nice to sit and have a relaxing glass of wine at the end of the day while looking at the beautiful view. Oh ya, maybe the best shower I’ve ever been in!! The Inn keepers were so welcoming and made an amazing breakfast for all of us each morning. Can not say enough great things about this place.

My husband and I left Zion National Park and drove the 78 miles to Bryce...Our time allowed us to hike at the Canyon...doing the Navajo Loop, Queen's Garden Rim Trails, and narrow passages of Wall Street. We arrived mid morning, and by mid afternoon the California smoke started rolling in..so we were thankful for our wonderful smoke free hiking. Then a COLD FRONT came through, dropping the temperatures from 100 degrees to a high of 48 degrees and 40 mph winds. Bryce Trails was our respite and Edgar and Liene were the perfect Hosts! Their rooms are extremely accommodating and spacious! Curt and I loved the attention to detail and safety as 2020 understands 'Covid'. Our gourmet breakfast was truly right out of a 5 star restaurant! A wonderful Bed and Breakfast!
