We stayed at Bullberry Inn for 2 nights in August.
The rooms are spacious and so clean. The owners are such nice welcoming people. They prepared delicious breakfast, and even accomodated to my husband's and two kids' gluten free diet. Highly recommended!!

Unfortunately we get to many guests who are allergic to pets so we can't allow them in our rooms. Sorry
We don't know about anything in our area that was previously a school house. I think maybe in Torrey ?
