A beautiful, quiet, elegant B&B on the plains. Next to cattle. Wonderful hosts. Excellent breakfasts. Only about 15 minutes to Bryce. Hosts give accurate info on local restaurants. Most rooms for couple, but do have two queen room, plus one with queen and twin beds.

Chose this from Internet recommendations and we were not disappointed - both coming to the same conclusion, quite independently, that it was the best B and B/homestay of our tour so far, We had the upstairs accommodation that was very roomy (a King and two singles but in two halves of a large room so some privacy if you were...

We stayed two nights at Bullberry B&B. It was a great base to enjoy Escalante as well as Bryce Canyon. Larry and Theresa were very nice hosts. They served wonderful breakfasts - just delicious. I agree with another reviewer that the walls were a tad thin but nothing too bad.

We had a terrific stay at the Bullberry Inn, which is a great location for visiting Bryce Canyon. While our stay was very brief (only 1 night), I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the area. Teresa and Larry are excellent hosts. As another guest noted, Teresa informed us of the next day's breakfast to make sure it...

There aren't many options around Bryce so if you get a chance stay a bit outside of Bryce in Tropic. The Bullberry is a very nice B&B. The rooms are a nice size and the bathrooms are adequate. The breakfast both mornings was good and served us well for our hikes. Walls are a bit thin but not too noisy...

The Bullberry Inn B&B was the perfect place for us to stay while we were visiting Bryce Canyon and the surrounding Utah State Parks. Teresa and Larry were the perfect hosts making us feel right at home. What made our stay a little more special was the breakfast. For breakfast we were asked whether or not we wanted to have...

Had a fantastic stay for 2 nights. Rooms incredibly clean, comfortable, you get a very homely feel from moment you step foot inside. Larry (very knowledgeable with good site seeing tips) Teresa (great host and her cooking is wonderful). We would recommend this to anyone looking for somewhere comfortable to stay that's close to Bryce Canyon. Breakfast is great and...

This B&B is a great quiet location, super clean with gourmet breakfasts and a beautiful setting. Your hosts are Larry & Teresa. When visiting the National Parks it is really a relief to get away from the crowds, motels, restaurants and milling people. There are comfortable lawn chairs to relax and just take in the beautiful setting; yet it is...

We spent two nights at the Bulberry Inn with our two kids (9 and 7). We had the room with on one side a queen bed and on the other side two twins with a bathroom in between. This was perfect for us. The room was spotless clean! The setting is really beautiful and it was great to have the...

We stayed in a room on the second floor in the annex. It had a queen bed and two twins so it was perfect for our family of three. The owners are super nice. Location is close to town and restaurants plus easy access to Bryce Canyon. Breakfast was great. They serve a few parties at once and everyone had...
