Arrived in Vernal on a Tuesday in September expecting to find rooms galore. Everything was booked by oil field workers Sunday through Thursday. This was only hotel with two rooms. Paid $100 per room for a very old, well worn property with no amenities at all. WiFi did not work, bathroom cramped and toilet plugged up easily. It did appear... More

Our reservation was cancelled because our card was declined which it wasn't. They had a guest come in and they gave our room away because they could have money in hand. We received no phone calls or advisories about the cancellation, we showed up and they flat out told us we had to no place to stay. Continue on to... More

The smoking and non-smoking rooms are right next to each other and when we ran the light/fan (one switch) in the bathroom the smell of smoke was strong!

Gross. Disgusting. Sink Drain wouldn't work. Shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months. A/C was so loud my ears hurt. There were trucks outside the a/c opening that were unloading something several times a night. I have never been in a worse room in all my travels. Stay away fellow travelers. Drive 50-60 or more miles if this... More

Pretty much as above - the rooms were ok, I stayed here 4 days ago and cannot really remember anything specific about the place so it must have been ok. The breakfast was sparse - as with many of these places. Average price for an average motel. if you are looking for a cheap place to sleep then this place... More

My husband and I have been traveling the US for 3 weeks. When we started our trip we had reservations for the first 2 weeks then figured we would wing it. After staying here we decided to book the rest of our trip. We really are not fussy people. We like a clean functional room. We usually like to stay... More

The worst hotel I think I have ever stayed in. The management was hard to communicate with and the room was filthy. The carpet was stained everywhere and it smelled. The door didnt shut unless it was slammed and the upper deadbolt did not work - Check out the picuture of the electrical tape on the door. The best part... More

The bedding was obviously not clean; disgusting stuff stuck on the bedspread!. Shower had dirt in it. Window air conditioner did not work well enough to cool the room. Non-smoking room isn't much good when there is a chain smoker staying in the next room and he stands outside between the two rooms and stinks everything up. Dead bolt door... More

The management at the hotel was terrible. The front desk clerk was rude and unpersonable and we ended up paying $40 dollars more a night due to one extra person in our room. The rooms were nothing to brag about, dirty sheets, leaking refrigerator, loud annoying AC and a TV from the 80's. Not to mention, each room came with... More
