I stayed a night in Suzie's Room at Eddington House Inn on Nov 5, 2015. Cathy was a great and sweet host. Overall place was definitely in a good maintenance and clean. Food and sweet treat provided was more than enough. I love Cathy's French Toast the most that I could have asked her for more...curiously how she could do...

Suite was very spacious. Afternoon refreshment was beautiful and breakfast was awesome. The owner was so gracious and helpful. Many books and brochures provided for our use. Wish we could have stayed longer. Loved it!! The beds and pillows were so soft, slept great.

Pros: Interesting historic building. Nice bed. Clean bathroom. Cons: New Innkeeper not familiar with area except for restaurants so you will have to find other activities on your own. Inn is on a main road so it was very loud starting at 6 AM. Trucks, etc. Innkeeper served us breakfast without asking if we had any issues with food. Very...

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay here. The Fair Suite upstairs was very spacious with a separate sitting room and very large shower with dual shower heads. Decor was very colonial to match the history of the Inn. Even the wood flooring is original from the late 1700s. The bed felt like a tempurpedic so we slept like logs....

We stayed at Eddington House on our way to the Vermont State Fair. We enjoyed it so much that we stayed there on our way back to NY as well. The inn is small with only 4 rooms but three of those are suites with sitting rooms attached to the bedrooms. The new owner has upgraded the linens and towels...

The Eddington House Inn exudes charm and a soft-spoken elegance. The kitchen...

We spent two nights at the Inn as part of a longer road trip. What a nice place to relax and explore the small historic town of Bennington! Kathy made great suggestions for dinner and other things to do. Breakfast was wonderful!

We enjoyed our weekend at the Eddington House Inn. It was clean and comfortable. The owner/chef did a very nice job with breakfasts. I think I should have asked for low calorie food when asked if we had an food restrictions. I'm sure that non of the breakfasts were within my Weight Watchers food points! I will warn you though...

It is understandable that the Eddington House Inn has won the Trip Advisor Award for Bet B&B in Vermont several times. The owners (an antiques dealer and a New England attorney) both have impeccable taste, which is reflected in the elegant interiors, the fine cuisine, and the overall atmosphere of informal refinement. This colonial era inn is very well maintained,...

Spent a weekend in August at this Inn. The Inn is well maintained, quaint and pretty. We stayed in Suzie's suite. The bathroom is in the hall, but solely for use of that room. No one else was staying on the second floor so it felt private. If you have any concerns with going in to the hall in the...
