We've driven past these cottages for decades, starting back when they were called "The Adams'". They looked a little kitschy then, but since Ursula and Steve Zahn purchased them about 10 years ago, fixed them up, and added vineyards they have become simply charming. When we needed a place to stay this summer, due to a problem with our usual...

These cottages are retro in a great way. The beds were comfy. The AC worked well. There was a fridge and microwave. The pool was refreshing on a hot day. There are lots of toys for kids. The owners were nice and the wine tasting was fun. Not quite walking distance to town, but very close. I'd stay again.

The cottages were clean and comfortable. The people were very nice. We did a wine tasting and got some history on the grounds. We had a double and a single. My sister had a double and 2 twins. All were happy and we would stay again. There are ducks, and bunnies. Chickens as well. No rooster to cackle in the...

We spent two nights here as we were traveling north to take our daughter to camp. When we arrived at 9:30 in the pouring rain, we had a difficult time finding the place because it was so dark. We also had a difficult time finding someone to let us in. The next morning, Ursula, the manager, was very apologetic about...

We needed a place for the night before we started a fall colors tour and this place was convenient. The owners were very nice and we stayed in a cottage at the back of the property. The room was nice with a separate living room. The bed was adequate and the bathroom could best be described as rustic. We went...

My wife and I spent Columbus Day Weekend here. We've never been to Vermont before and we did not want to stay in a chain hotel or a B&B. The cottages turned out to be a perfect place for us. They are not new, but are very comfortable and clean. The bed was new, lines were of good quality, plenty...

The owners were very accommodating...the cottages were clean and very comfortable. A wonderful place to rest our heads after a long drive. They also were great at recommending places to eat. And the surprise was breakfast included. Over all a great experience...

In a nine week tour of New England this was the least comfortable place in which we stayed. The accommodation was rather gloomy, there wasn’t a great deal of space for bodies or belongings and the shower and toilet were especially cramped and a little too primitive. The cabins here were built some time in the 1930’s and that probably...

A very charming and relaxing place. The staff is warm and the cottage was cozy. A daily firelog was enjoyed each evening. I liked being among the grape vines . Will definitely return for another stay. We travel with our four legged kids and they made us all feel welcomed

Our family of 28 adults and 4 kids under 8 held our reunion here. It met the needs of everyone and much more. The owners could not have been more cooperative and went out of their way to make our weekend full of memories .The pool was a huge hit, the fire pit for roasting marshmallow became the gathering point...
