The manager was top shelf, but there were alot of little things that made things not so great. 1st is the room smelled of mold. the bathroom floor is falling apart and has at least a 2in. difference of being level and the water from the shower runs out under the tub. we were given a room with 2 single beds so small, myself being only 5'4" tall my feet were hanging off. The cable was terrible, plus work was going on so we had to listen to jack-hammers going. we had dinner at biscotties and my wife never recieved hers. and the list goes on. im ready to go home so i can relax

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was terrific. They were always available for our questions. The movies at night were nice. The grounds were terrific for taking a walk in the fall!

Our prior experience with our time share have been in Mexico at Cancun and Playa Del Carmen for the past 14 years. We did exchange once for Orlando. Although we LOVE Vermont, this resort lacks SO much I'm not sure where to begin. The "villas" are nicely furnished. We had two bedrooms and two small baths. Neither bath was large enough for two people. The individual who registered us was young (at least I hope that was her excuse) as she was flippant and somewhat rude. The Wifi did NOT work for the first three days. The only cell service was AT&T. No maid service during our entire stay although we could ask for clean towels if we so desired. Only one restaurant on site. No one to help with luggage upon arrival. Location was beautiful but no one seemed to know anything about any activities around the area---especially the flippant one from registration. There were no activities at the resort as far as we were informed. We never stayed at the resort during day as there was absolutely NOTHING to do.
