Great staff, would be 5 star anywhere. Never seen this before, Wednesday Is mangers night - drinks and food at the bar, what a amazingly personal and awesome event. Lasted 1 hour, when you travel a lot this makes it feels like home.

The staff is superb, very friendly and helpful, throughout...front desk, room delivery, restaurant, bar, and the rooms are spotless, comfortable, and obviously well taken care of by a fine housekeeping staff. Parking is very close and $10 a night. It's right on Lake Champlain so there is easy access to the waterfront. Right up Cherry Street is the Church Street...

As others have already noted, this hotel is convenient to many of Burlington's attractions & restaurants. Our room faced the lake & was large, clean and comfortable. Particularly welcome was the in-room refrigerator. Parking was easy and inexpensive - $10.00 per night for self-parking in an attached garage. It was nice to be able to not have to worry about...

This is a nice hotel on the Burlington waterfront. When we arrived, there was parking to check in. Make sure to get your bags and then take them to your room before you park your car in the garage. We had reserved an non lake view room but because we had god status, we alerts upgraded to a lake facing...

We are frequent travelers to the Burlington Vermont area and even though we are Marriott Reward members we have often chosen to stay at the Hotel Vermont because we like to stay in high quality boutique hotels, which it is and it is a very nice to stay. For this past weekend they were sold out so I booked right...

This hotel was nice: it was clean overall, and our room and bedding was clean. They had a good size fitness center and a nice relaxing indoor pool, as well as a hot tub. No free breakfast here though, it's $16 for the breakfast buffet at the attached restaurant (Bleu) which is quite expensive for what they offer. There are...

We have vacationed in Burlington many times before but this was our first experience at Courtyard. Our expectations were met or surpassed in every category. Front desk, valet parking and housekeeping were great. Our room was clean and everything worked. Nice desk to setup the laptop and a good flat screen TV. Bathroom was nice and spacious and a good...

Spent 4 nights here for ski trip over xmas holidays, I picked this place since they offered self parking and the Hilton Garden Inn does not, I left skis locked on rack atop car and never had any issues. 3pm arrival Front desk is great, they are all so friendly, gave me tons of parking passes and told me its...

My wife and I live only 15 miles from Burlington but a few times a year we like to take a one night break and not have to worry about driving home. We have always stayed at Hotel Vermont and loved it but as they get more popular they also get more expensive. We got a great rate at the Courtyard...

We have stayed here every year as the first pit stop of a multi-family ski vacation to Stowe. At times, we have hosted three families here on both ends of a ski week. We have endured the endless construction over the past few years, expecting at some point that the place would be easier to access. This year, it appears...

Dear Huhwhatduh, I was most sorry to hear of your less than pleasant experience with us this time around. I do understand that the construction you have experienced in the past was frustrating, and I am glad to hear you didn't run into those issues again. I do apologize for your uncomfortable nights sleep, and for your experience with our...
