We are sorry to hear that you encountered difficulty in operating your heating unit, as well as the complementary soap dispensers in our shower. We have installed these shampoo, soap, and conditioner dispensers in every shower to offer more convenience to our guests, and it is awful to hear that it caused you difficulty. staff at check in was very friendly, Maya and Alec were very welcoming and super helpful, room was clean, breakfast was okay, but could have had more options to choose from especially for the price paid. overall the stay was not bad at all, would stay again if needed

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the quality of your AC/heating unit, as well as the level of customer service you received from our staff members. Please be assured that your concerns have been passed along to our management team, as well as our housekeeping department so that we may further address these issues and offer better service in the future. It is true that in October, our units are set to AC mode and only switch over to provide heat if the temperature drops below 50 degrees outside. Had you requested a space heater, one would gladly been provided for you at no cost by the front desk. We are sorry that you did not receive the level of satisfaction you wished during your stay. Our goal has always been and will always be to provide a clean and comfortable environment during your stay. Is there a honeymoon suit?
