I originally booked here for 2 nights. As soon as a got into my room, the adjacent room had yelling and screaming people and kids. Sounded like a large family. They were constantly coming and going out the back door. Even though this is supposed to be a “non-smoking” hotel, I could smell the smoke coming through the door. When i finally got fed up, it takes a lot with me, I complained to the front desk. I found out there were a lot of complaints. Even after the front desk told them to quiet down, they still had the tv volume too high and still smoking. In the bathroom, there was only 1 bar of soap, not the usual 2 (1 for the sink and 1 for the shower). There’s one electrical outlet plug in the room, it’s on the other side of the room. It’s not next to the bed to use to charge your phone, etc. This is a deal breaker for me. I keep my phone next to me basically at all times. I mainly stay at Motel 6, some horrible and some great and everything in between. All of them had an outlet next to the bed. If they had not already charged me for tonight, I would have left tonight. I am checking out in the morning. I have already paid for 2 nights, hopefully they will refund my money for the 2nd night. Otherwise, room and bathroom looks nice, but on the small side. McDonald’s and Burger King is walking distance. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. …
This was the 5th Motel/Guesthouse on our trip and the first to get a negative review. The girl on reception was polite and helpful but that is where the positivity ends for this hotel. We have paid a similar price for accommodation on every stop for our trip, this offers no breakfast, no toiletries in bathrooms and vending machines that don’t accept cash. The worst part is the noise! You’d get better soundproofing from a box in the street. Whether it’s the noise from the corridor, the heating in the room, the airport, outside or the lift. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP.
No complaints about this motel, especially since the purpose was a quick overnighter on our way to the Burlington airport. The location is convenient near a major road and food places. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming and out check in process was fast and easy. The room itself is nothing to be impressed about but it was clean and had the basics available.
Quite clean and comfortable place, very easy to find, with huge parking, spacious and air conditioned rooms. Quiet, yet close to the main road and a few food locations nearby. Wifi could definitely be better, but everything else was way better than similar properties usually provide. Great service, very fast check-in.
This Motel was more of a convenience than a great place to stay, It was clean, and the room was great, there was no way to keep things cold or a place to heat up anything, no breakfast, but there was a Burger King and McDonalds in front of the place. Their snack machines would not accept cash, and rejected all my travel cards, so went to walmart and got my drinking water and snacks to eat in the room. But as I stated if you are looking for a place to sleep at night, then this place would be OK.
