Pleasant inn run by a nice family. It's not fancy but it's warm and welcoming, and reasonably priced. There's a nice creek in the back and if you're in town for mountain biking like most of us, you'll be well set up here...

We stayed here for a ski race at Burke. The Inn is in a perfect location, very close to the mountain, but also close to a convenience store, gas station and general store. The room we stayed in had the traditional "inn" style, and it was huge, nice, and clean. The bathroom had a very cool claw foot bathtub, so...

We have stayed twice now at the Village Inn and we have loved it both times. Our room was beautifully decorated and clean, the breakfast is outstanding, and the common room is very relaxing with a good selection of books, games, and a gas fireplace. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. We are already planning out when we...

We arrived with no preconceived notions and were very pleasantly surprised by the friendly atmosphere, comfortable rooms and general homey nature of the Inn. Chris and Karri go out of their way to make you feel at home and see to your need. From the open common area, the full kitchen that is available, to the gourmet breakfast prepared by...

I was a little concerned when I pulled up to the Inn, but looks can be deceiving; I can not say enough about how great a weekend I had here. I stayed here with two other Moms while our sons did a ski racing camp at Burke Mtn. The accommodations were extremely comfortable, the breakfast was amazing, and even when...

We stayed here on Christmas Eve (visiting family near by) and had just a delightful time. The rooms are comfortable and the property is lovely. The hot tub was an excellent way to destress from the travels (just make sure you bring flip flops or something to put on your feet as you have to travel a to the outside...

Second time back and couldn't be happier. Was nice to be remembered after only being there once before. Chris and Karri are wonderful hosts. We stayed in room 1 this time, which was very nice. Smaller then the rest of the rooms but perfect for an extended weekend trip for a couple. The wood work in the room was a...

Owners of "B"&"B" are not on site . . . "reception desk" is by phone check in to reach "management" . . . we have been fond of stays at various B&B's but not this one . . . exterior looks good on Internet but structure needs quite a bit of maintenance.

Andrew C, Chris and I (Karri) apologize that you felt that we were not readily available to you. We live on property right next door to the Inn and work very hard to be available to our quests at all times, which I explained to you when I had checked you and your wife in. I remember giving you a...

Great little place within walking distance of everything in East Burke. Owners were friendly and the food was outstanding. We even learned a little French in the communal living area, lots of mountain bikers from all over in town. Be sure to enjoy the outdoor fire pit by the creek -

My son was marrying a girl from St. Johnsbury and I needed a place to stay for my family. When I phoned they arranged for my daughters to stay in an apartment by themselves, and my sister and I to stay in a large room with two Queens and a twin. It was perfect. It was walking distance to town...
