I stayed here with my husband for a weekend. We drove from Central NY with our pull behind camper. We didn't get in until 10pm and had left a message at 8pm saying we were on our way. There wasn't any kind of direction or campsite number left for us so we "winged" it and parked in a spot. The next morning spoke with the owner and she let us keep the site we parked in. The campground is very open, no privacy between sites. There are many seasonal campers. They offer full hook up sites and some varying combinations of hook ups. The bathrooms and showers are very clean. The playgrounds are simple but entertaining. There is an inground pool overlooking the mountains and a hot tub - wonderful. The store has basic grocery amenities as well as Gifford's ice cream, fresh coffee, and some homemade baked goodies. When we had to dump our tanks at the dump station it was moderately difficult as the dump hole is uphill from where you park your camper but with two of us we managed to get most of it out. The other campers were quiet and polite. Would definitely stay again if we were passing through.
