Continental breakfast choices were extremely limited. (Ex. Only orange juice.) This inn is obviously a side business for the owners. We were ignored. Unwelcome! The road is noisy and there is nowhere to walk. Even though they own 120 acres there are no trails we could find. The electrified fence in the front yard sets the tone perfectly. Positives: The...

When you arrive stop on the doorstep, turn around, and admire the expansive view. After that things deteriorate quickly. We arrived about 9:45PM on a Wed. October night. Although we had sent multiple messages explaining our late arrival (via train to Essex Junction, then taxi, then rental car, then drive to the inn), there was not one outside light on....

Beautiful location, wonderful inn, deserves 6 stars ! Spacious, spotlessly clean, wonderful atmosphere, lovely innkeepers. Unusually large room with beautiful linens and super comfortable beds. All thoughtfully done with great style and taste. Thanks Jason. Will be back!

Stayed here with my kids and wife for 2 nights, The property is nice in terms of design and rooms are very large. We had one of their two premium rooms with 2 queen beds. There was at least 15 feet between the two beds that they filled with a small table, and there was also a small couch in...

My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of staying here over the past weekend. It was truly a gorgeous setting with a relaxed atmosphere! I had never stayed at a Bed & Breakfast prior to this occasion because I feared a lack of privacy; however, the proprietors of this beautiful Inn have created an atmosphere of intimacy and relaxation. I...

My husband and I had an amazing weekend at the Inn at Grace Farm. We were unfortunately only able to stay for one night, but when leaving on Sunday, we were already talking about coming back again next year. The owners have done a beautiful job creating an old farmhouse feel with all the modern comforts. They provided us with...

We stayed for two nights over Columbus Day Weekend. The setting is gorgeous, set amid woods and farmland. We had a second floor room at the back of the building. The room was slightly smaller than it appeared in the photo and felt a little cramped even though it was very sparsely furnished with just a bed, two night tables...

This place is incredible. I wanted to stay in a quaint, charming location in Vermont after 2 weeks of traveling and staying in large hotels in busy areas. The Inn at Grace Farm exceeded my expectations. The facility is just beautiful. It's obvious that everything from the floors to the furniture to the little special touches everywhere were chosen carefully....

We stayed here mid September. We paid in advance for two rooms (The Hazelnut and The Willoughby) for one night. We did have a number of issues that we wanted to mention to the owners, but after we were there for an hour or so, they went into town and we didn’t see Liz again until the next morning. We...

Dear September Guest, It’s unfortunate that you felt your one night stay was lacking. I wish you would have let me know this while you were here. We go out of our way to please guests and make them feel welcome. During check in, heat and providing a heater, luggage, breakfast considerations and how to reach someone if service is...

The Inn at Grace Farm is a nice, quiet B&B about a half-hour's drive north of Burlington. The inn is pretty and clean, and the first night we stayed there, we were the only guests so it was very quiet. The setting is lovely, with great mountain views. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the owners very nice and...

“There is one room on the main level, and 4 rooms upstairs. We stayed in e Hazelnut room on the main floor. It was a beautiful room and nice in that we had a lot of luggage and didn't have to shlep stuff upstairs. However, the door opened into the common area which is a bit ackward for privacy. Also, you can really hear the people in the room above you and also other guests going in and out. My guess is that the upstairs rooms are quieter and also have vaulted ceilings. If you don't Care about stairs, get an upstairs room.”
